The Watermark Hotel

One of my best experiences overall at a hotel. I can't say enough about the staff here and how accommodating they were during my stay here. The room was nice and big, clean and the fixtures were well maintained. Room service was spot on. Parking spaces were available for carts. The rooftop bar and restaurant offered an amazing view from one of the tallest structures in san pedro. The food was excellent and offers generous portions. There's a beautiful pool and hot tub on the floor even though I didn't make use of it. The wonderful staff at the hotel put this hotel over the edge for me. The lobby receptionists and the hotel manager took the time and effort to make accommodations for a few special request on my end. The kitchen staff at the restaurant prepared some of the best dishes I've had here from the lobster I brought back from a fishing excursion. Thank you everyone here who made my stay special, hope to be back soon.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again! Loved the rooftop pool/bar area, bartender girl was so sweet and pool was very clean! Great air condition in the room and the cleaning lady came everyday. Loved the balcony also.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at The Watermark. Starting with the Frontdesk staff, they were so nice, bubbly and just always friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and housekeeping did a great job. The room was spacious, the shower, was extra large. Slept soundly! The roof top bar was super fun and the view from there was great. The hotel was not far from the water taxi or commuter flight airport. Walking distance to lots of places. Again very happy with my stay.

WOW! We had an amazing time at The Watermark! Our company hosted a team retreat here and the experience was second to none. The entire planning process from beginning to end was a breeze. Skyview was an amazing venue to host our welcome party, and the conference room worked well for both our breakout sessions and our dinner and awards show. Their event planner, Shanda, was a huge help in making this event one to remember. The entire team on-site was especially kind, from maintenance to front desk to the team at Skyview. Special shoutouts go to Britney, Martha, Nailea, Nathaniel, Leonard, Kaylin, and Juan who all went above and beyond! Can't wait to host our team again here in the future.

My stay at the watermark hotel was exceptional. The front desk, housekeepers and bartenders provided exceptional service. What really stand out was their attention to details and they always had a welcoming approach. The rooms are very beautiful.

I really enjoyed staying at the Watermark hotel. Biannie and two of the front desk support were really helpful before and during my trip. This hotel is clean and not too far from the many restaurants. I really appreciate all of the helpful staff. I was able to receive a credit for one of my nights that I missed because of a flight delay and they allowed me to book a massage. I will definitely stay here again when I return.
