The staff was so kind and helpful. Hotel is charming, clean, spacious and in a perfect location with a beautiful view! The included breakfast was delicious! There was a particular lady at the front desk (forgot her name) that was so sweet and gave us recommendations on the best way to get back to Rome to catch our flight and even booked our taxi. I would definitely stay here again!!

Hotel La Bussola was one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed! The hotel cleanliness was immaculate, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the room was deeply cleaned every day. I got married in Amalfi and cleaning staff were so helpful with trying to help my mother in law with a dress malfunction. They truly went above and beyond and we are so grateful for you wonderful ladies! Reception staff were also so helpful in assisting with taxis and helping ship my wedding dress back home. Kitchen staff were so friendly during breakfast service! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay

This was the accommodation multiple family groups selected to be close to the wedding function centre we'd travelled for. The waterfront location, within easy stroll to main centre of Almalfi, yet quiet end was just perfection! The staff were what truly put this place above and beyond! From reception staff, (especially Luciana) to wait staff (Francesca), room cleaners and rooftop bar staff - each and everyone were friendly and eager to help. We were able to have use of a separate room for pre-wedding makeup, were given recommendations and laundry service. Simply can not speak highly enough of them all. There is a restaurant for all meals, bar and rooftop bar overlooking Mediterranean Sea, and Marina. Made our trip all the more special.

Stayed at Hotel la Bussola in Amalfi for a week in August with my entire family. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was simply incredible, in all aspects. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and nice. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and freshened up daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options and the service staff were also very friendly and attentive. Basically, every single person who works here was great. I do have to call out special attention to the roof top bar. We visited nightly and it was the highlight of each day. Alessandro, Andre and all of those that also helped us were simply fantastic (sorry, I forget some of the names). We enjoyed every minute we spent with them. Drinks were meticulously prepared, unique and refreshing. The appetizers were such a nice surprise each evening. The “Best Shot Ever” was the Best Shot Ever! I believe it was Claudio who made the best Espresso Martini’s we’ve ever had in the downstairs bar. We will certainly visit again and look forward to our next stay. Thank you everyone! Anthony C.

The is Hotel is beautiful. We had a superior room, which was a grate size, very comfortable king size bed and balcony facing the sea. All rooms are very clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast with a great variety of delicious Italian pastry. The entire staff: reception, restaurant and cleaning service, are very nice people and helpful people. We celebrated my wife’s birthday and the ladies who worked in reception helped me to order flowers brought to hotel for 7:30 AM and recommended a very good restaurant and helped to reserve a table. The location of the hotel could not be better. Just a 10-minute walk from the main street, a busy crossing and port. One of the highlights: they have an amazing bar on the roof which is open until midnight and on special days even longer. We love their cocktails! All in one we had a great stay, and we would like to thank everybody who works in this hotel for making our stay so unforgettable!

I have only the highest compliments to say about my stay at this hotel. The front desk was the absolute best. The staff helped with any questions or requests we had. Breakfast, dinner, and the lounge bar were all incredible. Every staff member was very friendly and kind. The room, view, service were all absolutely amazing!!

Spent 3 nights here earlier this week while on our trip. Very nice room, with a great view overlooking the marina. Comfy bed, super friendly staff in a great location. They offer a really nice breakfast, too! The only downside was that there wasn't a lot of counter space in the bathroom, but there is a HUGE closet with lots of space. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous hotel, we booked the Deluxe terrace room which was beautiful, very clean, comfortable bed and excellent housekeeping every day also the views were amazing. Great selection for breakfast every day, staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. We booked the airport transfers with the hotel which were excellent. Would definitely stay again .

Hotel is located close to the ferry terminal which is convenient. However, it being on a main street also makes it very noisy. It was common to hear street noise up to 3 in the morning. The AC did not work well so often we had to open a window. The greatest challenges were the uncomfortable beds and pillows. I can honestly say that by far the worst bedding experience. The staff did provide toppers which helped a bit. However, when paying over $450 euros per night, certainly expected decent beds. The staff is a great asset to this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant a few times and both the food and service were excellent. The breakfast is very limited and always the same. The hotel does have a beautiful rooftop terrace which we enjoyed. Overall loved the staff, location is convenient if you don't mind noise all night.
