Excelente e completo de serviço, mesmo numa época baixa em que se poderia supor uma diminuição na qualidade e disponibilidade de serviços. Antes pelo contrário!! Amabilidade e disponibilidade total, assim como o funcionamento das instalações. Uma experiência a repetir, talvez numa outra época do ano.

Really nice rooms, clean and comfortable, great views from our room overlooking the sea and beach. Only used restaurant for breakfast, but the evening buffet looked well presented. Beautiful scenery and the walks are fantastic. Well recommended hotel, great service, pool area spacious never crowded, April 25. Beach 100 yards away. Town and restaurants are an easy walk away, the prices really surprised us how cheap the food and drinks are, supermarket were well stocked and prices again very cheap. Hotel was perfect, only thing missing was tea/coffee making facilities, would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Amazing location, garden and outside pool. Fab buffet breakfast and really lovely staff. Could do with a little upgrade to bathrooms and pool facilities. Overall great hotel - mainly due to location, the beach and easy access to the boardwalk which takes you all the way to town.

The hotel is in a great location for the quieter and more relaxed stay. The grounds and views of the ocean are simply stunning. Great walks along the boardwalk, with ma y easy access points to the golden sandy beaches. Lovely unheated sea water pool and plenty of accomodation for sunbathing. The staff and management at the hotel were always most helpful if asked anything. Very professional, they all take pride in delivering a high-quality service. Cecilia was particularly helpful, but they all were, without exception. Although the weather was unusually wet and windy, there was still plenty to do with walks, spa, pool (heated indoor) steam and sauna. Many of the guests were golfers, either couples or small groups, all of whom were chatty enough. In full season I expect the hotel to be full, with kids accommodated too, it will be a very popular destination. And we'll deserved too. Thank you, Pestana team. Keep up the good work... Stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast Great buffet breakfast Comfortable room English TV channels which was great Good sized balcony Thank you to Cecilia at the bar and Miguel on reception both of whom were fabulous Recommend the Spa and indoor pool and sauna - Claudia at the spa reception very helpful also Unfortunately to cool to use outdoor pool that said it did look inviting There is a cute cat who visits the bar balcony in the evening Great location directly on the beach If the weather isn't great recommend a 10€ taxi from reception to the nearby shopping centre for some retail therapy
