Ich war mit Kollegen hier zu einem Workshop, das Haus ist sehr ordentlich, saubere und nette Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und hat meine Bedürfnisse zufrieden gestellt. Wir waren während unserer Veranstaltung zwei mal zum Mittagessen und einmal zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Da konnten wir tatsächlich regionale gute Küche genießen. Die Vorsuppe kommt im Suppentopf auf den Tisch, Hauptgang und Nachspeise werden ebenfalls auf traditionelle Art serviert, die mir einfach gefallen hat. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, der Service passt, für mich ist das Gesamtkonzept stimmig, ich kann das Haus empfehlen.

Das Restaurant ist eher historisch und versucht sich einen modernen Flair zu geben. Obwohl Spargelzeit ist, gibt es keine spargelkarte. Die Gerichte klingen sehr altbacken ohne modernen Pfiff. Das ist dann leider auch so. Alles wird mit Soße zugekleistert. Die Fleischprodukte totgebraten. Als Einzelfadt wird man nicht gerne gesehen. Schade…

Ich kann hier manche Bewertungen nicht verstehen und kann sie nach meinen Erfahrungen dieses Wochenende auch nicht nachvollziehen. Wir wurden super umsorgt. Essen ohne Ende (bürgerlicher Küche), ich fand es absolut im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gerechtfertigt. Ich weiß nicht was manche erwarten, nix zahlen und Luxus bekommen? Ich kann über den Preis NULL meckern, fand es sogar eher noch erstaunlich was man da alles geboten bekommen hat. Es gab keinen Moment, wo wir hätten hungrig hätten sein können, wir wurden immer gut versorgt. Ein sehr freundlicher Besitzer, eine super sympathische Frau, nettes Personal, die Zimmer im Haus Katarina waren super, da gab es nix zu meckern. Die Party abends im Saal war mega, noch nie so viel getanzt in letzter Zeit wie dort, absolut empfehlenswert für Clubs und Laune.
