This was a terrible choice for a campsite. We needed a place near Helsingør, but please choose the campsite in Hornbæk just 5 km ahead! The campsite is very outdated, the people are never at the reception ( because it wasn’t the season but there were a lot of people ) A big part of the campsite is a ‘ semi permanent residence’ with a lot of people that have no athletes place to go it seems. That did not feel so safe to be honest. We started on the right foot with te owner, but all of a sudden we were not allowed to cook on the grill anymore. Because of the fire danger a understand bbq is not a good idea, but my son and his wife had only that fire to cook on… Never again!
