Hotel Casablanca

3rd time at this lovely hotel everything about this place is first class room 101 was beautiful hotel clean and inviting Staff we’re absolutely amazing and nothing was a bother a credit to the hotel , the location is the best for all amenities both old town and resort which is a very nice Spanish resort . Would definitely come back to this wonderful place and would highly recommend it to the world, Well done Hotel Casablanca.

Amazing place to be. very close to the beach. Staff very Friendly. pablo and the team looked after us for breakfast and dinner. Watch the sunset by the cross Also went to see some birds right beside the hotel Hard to find parking Highly recommend the hotel

Everything about this hotel is excellent! Starting with the management and staff. Very much a family feel with nothing being too much trouble. To be honest we’re not a very demanding couple but everything was spot on. Everything very Spanish in a very Spanish resort. We had a couple of evening meals at the hotel and was the best food we had in Almuneca. I really can’t praise this establishment enough. I guess if you wanted a pool this is not offered but it’s literally a stones throw from a fine beach and maybe that’s why it’s 3 star and not 4 Can’t wait to return!!!

The hotel has an ideal location with a great view of the bay and each unit has a nice balcony. We were there in November so their restaurant was only open for breakfast. Breakfast was fine. I’d give it a good over an average rating, but that’s not an option on Trip Advisor. I would stay again if we were in Almunecar. We wandered next door to the bird park and that was an enjoyable hour and half. We climbed to the top of the rock just across the road from the hotel and took some amazing sunset photos. The bar/tapas scene is a bit of a walk from the hotel but wasn’t hard to find.

The Casablanca was a good choice. There is nothing not to like about this small family-run (?) hotel, in possibly the best location in Almuñécar, right next to the Peñones de San Cristóbal. The top-floor double room with balcony and sea view was perfectly well-appointed (although I suppose tea/coffee-making equipment would have been welcome, and maybe even possible - to be fair, we never asked!). A nice bathroom with good shower, excellent bedside lighting, a decent breakfast, friendly staff, and free parking close by (at least while we were there – it may have had something to do with the renovation works going on on the square in front of the hotel) made this a very pleasant stop for two nights. Recommended.

I really don't know where start ,no hangers for cloths ,water for shower luke warm , breakfast was very poor but the noise until the early hours was unbearable,constant door slamming until early hrs i spent two nights here and didn't get a ounce of sleep,

Enjoyed our stay, staff really nice, few minor maintenance issues, primarily esthetics, for management room 303 Food, really good and for me is difficult because we own a restaurant and rarely enjoy a meal out , so Kudos to Casablanca for this . Thanks for a great stay Saludos

It was fantastic to return after 1 year to this glorious small family run hotel & be greeted by Owner Pablo & his retired father Emiliano & the best waitress ever Theresa! It really feels like coming home. I was in room on the front 3rd floor with sea views. Lovely to sit on the balcony & watch the world go by & see the sea & ligt changing as sunset approaches. Excellent menu here alsoZ comfy beds, crisp white linen & beautifully refurbished in the last few years- can’t remember when but it looks fresh & contemporary. The town has commissioned a new plaza in front & the violets are busy working during the day but it did not affect my enjoyment at all & when it’s finished it will probably be one of the best plazas in town.
