Genial!!! Calidad precio espectacular. Muy limpio, buena ubicación y el personal del hotel muy amable. Flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y salida.

The hotel staff were friendly and everywhere was clean. Our issue was that it advertised that the hotel had air conditioning which was a key factor, especially for me. The first night the room was really hot - even my husband struggled to sleep. when we went to reception we were told that we could not have air conditioning on as they only put it on in the summer. We did open the window but it is on a busy main road so the noise until about 1pm was like being on a major highway. Plus we were above the kitchen extractor fans and in the morning all the cooking smells came into our room so eventually it was pointless having the window open. I think they should state in all of their marketing materials that the air conditioning is only available in the summer months, as for the week we were there we really struggled

Friendly and efficient check in. Nice modern hotel, rooms clean and spacious. Good location next to shopping centre and good restaurants and tapas bars within a few minutes walk, hotel bar very quiet , over all a nice experience with no complaints, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a buffet with the usual selection of ham, salamis and cheese with bread and nice cakes. The hot cooked selection was adequate. A good hotel frequented by many business people.

Big rooms, with plenty of space for a dog crate. Secure underground parking, two large outdoor terraces with tiles and Astro turf. Great for the dogs to run around on if it’s quiet. Breakfast was very good. The best on our 4 night road trip. Reception team very friendly and helpful.

We had appointments in the city so spent the night at this hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient, room spacious and spotless, the bed comfortable and the evening meal good. As is often the case the hot items at breakfast were on the cold side. Very good for anyone who does not want to drive righ down town.

Ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles que me he sentido en mucho tiempo, empezando por recepción, nos atendieron de maravilla y amablemente,nos ayudó a ubicarnos por Almería las habitaciones y las instalaciones muy limpias, el desayuno todo de mucha calidad y muy tranquilo. El trato con nuestra mascota impecable, en la habitación tenía preparada su camita y su bebedero, es el único hotel que se han acordado de ella. Les estoy muy agradecida.

Hotel had een bar en restaurant, maar op zondag was er geen enkele mogelijkheid om iets te nuttigen. Geen drank en ook geen mogelijkheid om iets te eten. Werd niet mee gegeven op de website. Personeel aan de receptie was vriendelijk maar kon geen Engels.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias. Limpieza absoluta en el baño y la cama excelente hecha. Las almohadas son comodísimas. Personal amable. Desayuno excelente en el que no falta ni dulce ni salado

Bueno y personal agradable, aunque esta situado un poco lejos del centro. Instalaciones buenas y buena limpieza de las habitaciones. Parking muy accesible. Baño perfecto y el aire acondicionado bien. La cama muy cómoda.
