Hotel is nice , clean and safety.

There are some food outlets near the hotel. On the left of the hotel, there is a metro station that can connect one to many parts of the city. If you want to get to the hotel from the Almaty International Airport, try to make prior transport arrangements with the hotel for a fair rate. Alternatively, get only taxi service provided by the counter that quotes 7000 Tonge . Avoid the taxi counter named Turan, which is at the main airport exit if you don't want to be scammed. It can show you 20,000 Tonge upon arrival.

Reception staff hardly can speak English. Rooms are small and carpets are bad. Breakfast is same every day. No kettle in the room to make tea/coffee even thou they say its 4 star hotel.

It is an old hotel and needs a lot of work in terms of coming up to standards. The service was just average. The rooms were not great, bathroom was well below standards. Complimentary breakfast very limited and not up to the mark. The location of the hotel is great though. Difficult to recommend.

The place is convinient to visit other places. Breakfast is also good with pleanty of choices

The hotel is a bit old and for a 4 stars hotel you would expect better quality. The breakfast is not great. However, the staff is super helpfull.

Мебель старая, сломанная. Приемлемый вариант для короткого проживания (не советую). Запах канализации в санузле. Отличный завтрак

地理位置不錯，離地鐵口三百米，出行很方便，酒店對面一家土耳其風味烤肉店味美極了，很好吃。唯一不足之處這個酒店設施太老了點，但很乾凈

床很窄，沒有單人間，床很晃，中央空調感覺要散架了，淋浴間的門也是壞的，感覺配不上這個價位，懶得噴，就一個衞生還説得過去

房間設施有點陳舊，早餐挺豐富的，就是熱的東西很少，讓人意想不到的是煮雞蛋居然是涼的😳，性價比超高的，在同等價位很難找到第二家了，妥妥的性價比之王！房位緊張，看上的小夥伴不要猶豫，儘快下手吧！

酒店十分陳舊，設施也很老，壁燈還是拉繩的，馬桶也是提拉的，不過屬實衞生保潔做的到位，整體也還可以接受，路口就有麥當勞，後面是個體育場，離得不遠就是satbayev大學

房間很小，設施老久，前蘇聯時期的硬件設施。三個插座壞了兩個，兩個床頭燈一個不亮，特別是中央空調！噪音巨大，一點冷風沒有，大夏天室內非常悶熱，晚上熱的沒法入睡。定了兩晚，住了一晚，趕緊退房，攜程的服務非常好，積極幫助退房，使身在國外的我感到非常貼心。
