Room service and staff are not good. Not good for that fare they charge. Not recommended to stay. It is total waste of your money.

This place is not at all neat and clean. Dirty beds, curtains, dirty walls. Food is below average. Only good point is location otherwise not a good place to stay. Very suffocating rooms and lobby

Electricity problem in every 15 mins, wifi problem, room service phone was not working, food was good but expensive

Overall it was good but service was bit slow. Also restaurant service was slow too. Place is near back water and very accessible.

It's a fantastic hotel to stay just in front of back water. All shikara boat, speed boat available from this place, beach is also 5-7 min away from the place. The hotel structure in rajasthan style with good rooms and cleanliness. Hotel staff is very cooperative and breakfast is also very good. Must stay hotel

It was a pleasant stay, we stayed for 1 day but enjoyed the stay. They served welcome drink which was refreshing. Swimming pool was nice, separate for kids which is good. They have pick up drop service. Our room was royal grand, & it was really big. Almost like a 1 bhk house. You can ask them for houseboat booking as well but it could be little costly than outside but the quality may be good. Transportation is very easily available from outside of the gate. Allepey boat race finishing point is 5 min walk, & you can book houseboat there also. Many houseboat starts from there & can be booked directly. Not sure during the season time, because we visited in aug which if off season as per them. Only they don't have any backwaters facing room. Overall a nice experience for my family
