A nice hotel to stay at alleppey with all modern amenities and a good restaurant. Behaviour of staff also is too good. Recommend everyone to stay here

My stay overall was below my expectations. The coffee pot was leaking all over. Not enough supply of coffee powder
room was very average at best for size and sminitii

Royal park hotel is centrally located from the back waters, the food in the restaurant is awesome. But the hotel needs to upgrade the air conditioners as most of the ac are quite old and does not work properly, we need to change the room as the ac was malfunctioning and the hotel staff helped us in changing the room. Rest it was good stay with quite a cooperative staff, clean and neat.

We stayed for 2 days and it was a pleasant stay with helpful staff and restaurant with tasty food, especially lunch with fish and breakfast with appam. Hope to come back and stay here sometime later, probably next year.

Room are not good. We booked king size bed. But 2 twin beds are adjusted. Only 2 towels are provided in the room. Only 1 little water bottle is provided. Charged us for the extra water bottle. Also in dinner, we ordered mixed rice(egg & chicken) but provided rice with beef. They are not ready to accept their mistake and also charged for the dish. This is pathetic.

Toilet was unclean. Bathroom door is very tight and difficult to open as well as close. The mattress provided was very soft and unable to sleep as well as turning sides and getting up. Even dental kit, shaving kit etc, were provided only after requesting. Hot water facility for bathing not accessible/available. Very bad experience and sleepless night. Very bad experience.

Room clean, but no rich look. Sung from fan and old looking ac. Service good. This is ab-old hotel, not renovated.
