Rooms are not maintained also location is very interior to prayagraj railway station also the reception guy are not good

Mm t charged me rs. 2576, but the actual fare at hotel is rs. 1500 only. Mm t cheated me. I want the difference amount back.

Room was average in maintenance. Lenin is in okay condition, not great. Hot water was okay, except that you should request for hot water. Over all stay was average.

The services of aman hotel is very bad, i have choosen room with breakfast, but the quality of food is very bad and unhygienic. - washroom tap is having leakage and broken. Toilet shower is also not fit to use, it has also leakage. Wash basis tap is broken. No.

The rooms is okay, no toiletries in the bathroom, sheets were somewhat unclean, and a couple tiny holes. Room wasn't as advertised

Guess hotel aman palace and hotel aman both owned by single owner so showed us pictures of aman palace and booked seeing the building of aman palace which is near or next to ama conversation but we were told that booking was of aman and guess redirected to hotel aman which is pathetic. Kindly whoever wants to visit allahabad and searching for hotels make sure the picture of hotel shown and booking you got is same.
