A nice building with tons of historical charm. We enjoyed exploring the building’s many halls and staircases, and the rooftop pool was nice. Breakfast food was a little limited (especially for non-veg people like us), but otherwise lunch and dinner meals were fantastic.

An exceptional heritage property offering a unique stay experience. The establishment houses the finest pure vegetarian restaurant in Prayagraj. The staff are courteous and attentive, with outstanding service provided by the team whose deep knowledge and excellent communication skills enrich guests with insightful explanations about the local culture.

A hotel with a heritage vibe. The rooms are good, bathroom are cleaner than most hotels. Cost is a bit pricey. We had to pay 800 for 3 watermelon juice. Sangam is close to the hotel. The breakfast was nice, they good options. Overall the visit was very nice.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Well made property with a good location. It really gives the feelbofnold heritage kothi with modern comfort. The strategic location helps to visit all the popular places with ease. The staff is helpful and the food is good, although there is a scope of improvement on the food part

Awesome stay very pretty property with courtesy staff and scrumptious food location was also very close to the ghats and station and the bade mandir Must visit the jail and temple inside the property The walls had old vintage historical pictures of the pre British era and post independence Overall an excellent property

Old renovated house but has to renovate again. They say to give you a upgrade room but they give you the room you were ordning. The refrigerator is not working. The minibar (who would be replenished daily as the let you know) does not exist. Not clean and situated in a small street that is very difficultly accesseble by car. White walls in the room who were maybe once white but now anymore....

First things first. This place is a rip-off with poor service, and located in a street that is not very clean. The staff is inefficient (an order of chai, takes half hour to arrive) and front desk is irresponsible. In spite of jacked up the price 4 times the normal price, they did not back it up with the right service. They promised us to arrange for pickup (again at jacked up pricing), but where the cars were stopped, without getting alternate bikes or other modes of transport, we had to walk a kilometer to reach the hotel. Water stopped running midnight and no one to take the call at reception, to set it right. Had to spend hours chasing some person in the kitchen to call someone to get this fixed. They promised pickup in the morning to go to Sangam, at 4 am, and then denied that they ever said this. Rooms are okay, but surroundings are not great. Greatly advised to go, if you want to be ripped of at substandard service. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

To be honest it’s a scam and fraud to even call this property even associated with ITC in any way whatsoever. Terrible terrible service. Rooms are bad ,not clean, with spider webs. It’s a heritage property which isn’t even preserved properly it’s seems like we are paying hefty money for a 1 star property just because ITC is written on the plate. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this property. There are many more options available.
