Staff was very very welcoming and co-operative. They upgraded our room on our request, arranged tuk tuk for exploring city. We forgot our luggage in their hotel so they even sent a staff member to bus stand to handover our luggage.

Cons - Room was too small for a Deluxe room . Not worth the price .
Parking is too small for guests and my car got stuck in morning as it was blocked by another car. I had already instructed the guard that I have to leave at 5 AM and I dnt want any blockages but still I faced issues resulting in getting late . Cleanliness is just Ok, nothing exceptional. Even When I asked for a Comb in toiletries, I was told it isn't available. Lamps weren't working .

The stay was really great at a great location. The cherry on the top was the hotel staff.. humble, polite, helpful. Even in the busy times like Mahakumbh, they helped and guided us to reach to Sangam. they went beyond their profile to make us feel comfortable.

Awesome hospitality services from mr. Wasim at cennet. Also want to thank mr. Tiwari and staff for unbelievable cooperation and support throughout the stay. The location is prime and you will enjoy staying each minute in this hotel.

Hotel was good for stay. There are some common problems required to be solved like lift was not working properly and bucket and mug was not available in bathroom.

There was a lot of smell in the room which was due to plumbing issues inside the washroom. The same was notified and the hotel staff accepted that the room which was given to us had that issue
