Horrible stay. No cross ventilation, lots of noise in night of moving traffic on road. Don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Room size good, poor cleanliness, hotel authority not aware of complimentary breakfast, they asked me to check, finally they gave, food quality ok, staff average, service average, overall not a good experience

The images shown vs what I got was very different. The AC made noise. The wires were exposed. Lot of mosquito. The blanket seemed to be not clean . I have got rashes due to insect bites. All these for 5.5k . I was provided with a very small and not so great room . It was worth of 1000 at max not more than that. The better rooms were not allocated to me.

We visited the hotel during Mahakumbh and boarding was excellent and vehicle parking was available but to administration and diversion ,we come up to 200 metres of property.staff were cooperative as I arrived at 1.10am instead of 12’o clock.In house restaurant was said to be there but couldn’t availed due to my timing restrictions and morning divine snan.

This Hotel is a fraud. The access to this hotel was closed by administration. But they did not disclose at the time of booking. I booked the room and paid the amount. But could not reach there. They refused to refund my money. Even MMT refused to refund. Never book this property and never book through MMT. Both are thieves.

Behaviour of staff, overall house keeping particularly in wash room plus non availability of any four or 2 wheeler for going to rly. Station or Airport causing a lot of problems for sr. Citizens .Hotel tariff is not worth payment..

the hotel is located near the railway station and easy to find. we went during the kumbh mela time, still it was a very nice stay. the room is small but neat and all amenities are there. there is also a restaurant, which serves good food. the behaviour of the staff is also good and they are helpful.
