The property is a lower unit and located on a canal with all the amenities you need. The kitchen comes with everything to prepare meals, Keurig coffee pot, dishwasher, a covered porch on canal, fire pit, BBQ, place to dock a 10 to 22ft. boat. It’s within walking distance to town, establishments and Algonac State Park. There is also great fishing in the area and several fishing tournaments throughout the year. It’s within seconds from the St. Clair River and minutes from the St. Clair Flats, Lake St. Clair and Harsens Island. Jody’s place is so beautiful, clean and very comfy. The only things I would add are maybe a full length mirror and an option for a dimmer light in the living room. It was perfect in every way and the bathroom shower was my favorite! I could’ve stayed in the shower all day! We will be back! Thank you!

House was absolutely perfect for myself and my 2 sons on our 2nd annual father sons fishing trip. The dock made it perfect to just take off and go fish the river first thing in the morning. Jody was very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend.

Great place for a holiday weekend
Condo was nice. Everything seemed pretty new and updated. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean and new looking. The back porch was great to sit out and look at the canal. Right on the main street but did not hear traffic noise at all. Air conditioning was working very well in the extreme hot weekend.

Jody was such a great host!! The place was just what we needed! We docked our jet skis at the dock which was very convenient. The water was perfect. Absolutely loved it and we plan on staying there again next year for a trip!

kitchen utensils
This is a very nice property and it worked great for our boat and we enjoyed staying here. Some of the kitchen utensils could be replaced but otherwise a very nice unit.
