Hot water, nice desk clerk. Noisy A/C shutting on off all night. Worst was the dirty bathroom - looks like never mopped, hairs around baseboards, lots of mildew around the tub fixtures. See pics. I don't expect fancy at this price, but I DO expect CLEAN.

My wife and I had a very long travel day. Waking up at 2am, two hour drive to Newark International Liberty Airport, 3 hour flight to Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans, then a 3 hour ride to Alexandria. Checked in and had to be at LSUA at 4pm for a meet and greet with faculty seeing my wife was was walking in their graduation ceremony the next day. Very proud ! The staff at the hotel, the 3 that we met, were very friendly. The room was clean except for some peeling porcelain inside the tub. We were roomed all the way in the back, so it was very quiet with no road noise. If you like a firm bed, this is definitely the place to stay when traveling to Alexandria.

The service I received was absolutely wonderful. The front desk was of much help more than she realized. I definitely will be back. Rooms were nice and clean. I have no complaints and the remodel they received looks awesome. See you guys again soon.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful the location was convenient for my needs even the room was a good value for the money but the hotel owner was an absolute nightmare threatened to kick me out on multiple occasions in the middle of the night that was his exact words I went inside and paid for the room at the rate that the front desk clerk had quoted me I signed the paperwork and exited the building once I exited the building to go back to my room the hotel owner stopped me and demanded that I give him more money or he would call the police to have me escort off the premises even though I had paid the amount that I was told to I was very unhappy with my stay at this hotel and do not ever plan on returning do not stay at this hotel when there are other options for the same price nearby I do not recommend this place at all but I do have to tell you that the housekeeping staff as well as the front desk staff were amazing and very helpful and I very much appreciate them but like I said the owner was absolute nightmare and I do not recommend you go to any of the hotels that he owns in this area
