Just Don't. NO Shower in their only King Room. Freezer burnt microwave breakfast sandwiches in the freezer. So many bugs inside. Tub unclean. Could be really great, but just not. TV didn't work and which way.

What you need to know. There is no real Breakfast. Gardener's Cottage even though it has the King bed. NO SHOWER. Or Shower handle on the Jacuzzi tub. You will be washing/rinsing your hair with a coffee mug. Great location. Nice pond view behind the cabins. Comfy firm beds. Clean considering in kinda rustic setting. TV, DVD, or Satellite would not work. No one answers the phones so you have to go back to the main house or do without. I'd like to say we would go back, but No. We will drive another hour into Natchitoches where they understand what Bed & Breakfast means. It really could be wonderful. But this was someone else's dream with someone else now running it who misses the mark.
