Hotel Al Mulino by LVG Hotel Collection

The hotel is located outside of Alessandria, so you need to travel by car to reach it. And it offers lots of parking space. It's ranked as a 4-star hotel, but feels more like a 3-star. The rooms are wide and spacious, the bathroom too. The view from the room is on the parking lot, and you can't open the window because there are too many mosquitoes in the area. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. At the first night it was full with some group of tourists, so the wi-fi internet didn't work at all, because of the overload, and the receptionist didn't offer any solution. At the second night there was a football team that occupied the hotel, and you could hear them roar all evening/night long... The breakfast was good, but the waiter in the breakfast hall didn't help or do anything for the guests that didn't speak Italian. So you had to make yourself your own cup of coffee... Also, the staff at the reception was very very very nice. BUT when I asked them if they could put something little in my parents' room (because my father had a birthday at the second day we stayed there), they agreed, and offered to put a cake. Which they did, and even added to that a bottle of champagne. It was a very nice surprise for my father, when we got back to the room at the evening. BUT they have charged us for that 50 euros (!!). Which was very UNFAIR, because in NO POINT of the conversation with them, they haven't mentioned that the cake or any kind of "a little surprise" will cost me money, or HOW MUCH money it may cost. They could have added how many items they've wanted and I would have to be obliged to pay... Which is very unfair and dishonest.

The hotel parking lot is open, has no fence and is not guarded. Someone severely scratched our car in the parking lot at night, and since the parking lot was not equipped with surveillance cameras, it was impossible to find out who did it. The staff couldn't help us either.

L’organizzazione è oggettivamente buona. Siamo stati molte volte in questo hotel e non posso dire altro che È PIENO DI INSETTI. Ogni volta mi è letteralmente impossibile non trovare delle cimici in stanza vive o morte in qualche angolo La finestra ha la zanzariera ma letteralmente inutile perché probabilmente piena di buchi, non posso MAI aprire la finestra essendoci mille mila insetti sul vetro (vivi e morti) Anche alla cornice esterna della finestra, piena di cadaveri vecchi di insetti, mai puliti. E ripeto che siamo stati qui tante volte, ogni volta in una stanza differente.. ma sempre stessa storia. È comodo per la zona in cui si trova ma se avete paura degli insetti evitatelo assolutamente.

albergo situato in una posizione molto comoda con ampio parcheggio ed in piena campagna , quindi assenza totale di rumori, il ristorante annessi e nella media, pulizia ottima e descrizione dei piatte molto chiara da parte del personale. ve lo consiglio

Ho usufruito di questo hotel solamente per una notte in un viaggio di ritorno dalla Provenza. L’hotel è vicinissimo al casello dell’autostrada e quindi l’ideale per chi si vuole riposare come me durante un viaggio, senza dover cercare un alloggio anche all’ultimo momento. L’hotel ha un ampio parcheggio recintato dove poter lasciare il veicolo. Il personale si è subito rivelato disponibile e cortese. L’hotel è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, pulitissimo e ben curato. La camera era molto grande e ben arredata, anche il bagno era molto spazioso e pulitissimo. La qualità del sonno è ottima e alla mattina ci si sveglia ben riposati. La colazione è ricca di scelta e deliziosa. Consiglio l’hotel ai viaggiatori stanchi che si vogliono riposare durante un lungo viaggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in una tripla prezzo 90 euro colazione inclusa. Camera ampia, ben climatizzata, letti comodi, bagno spazioso, tutto molto pulito. Comodissimo x chi viaggia, è posizionato uscendo dal casello autostradale subito sulla sinistra, seguendo il cartello "polizia stradale". Personale cortese, colazione discreta e varia. Ampio parcheggio.
