Outside the resort, 500 m from the centre of Alcúdia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the edge of the forest, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, well-kept garden with wildlife garden and flowers, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (9 x 5 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio (100 m2), arbour, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, burglar alarm system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, supermarket, bar, bakery 200 m, café 200 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de Port Alcúdia" 1.5 km, rocky beach "Es Mal Pas" 2.5 km. The house is beautifully situated within walking distance of the boulevard / beach. The house offers a lot of privacy with its own pool. The only downside is the quality of the available beds and the limited possibility to slide the single beds in 2 bedro

Lovely Villa, brilliant location and pool for a fantastic family holiday. 10 minute walk into the wonderful old town of Alcudia where there is a good selection of restaurants or a 15 minute walk down to the beach in Port de Alcudia, lots of activities on

The accommodation itself is great, the house is a bit dated. The facility outside is superb. Unfortunately, the communication with the company Interhome was not really great, on the last day there was no electricity, nobody could help us at first because

Coffee machine should be replaced. Various lamps defective. Mirror light in the bathroom broken off. When grilling in the garden, the screws would have to be tightened before it falls apart. It would be good if there were 6 loungers by the pool.

A very attractive and tastefully furnished house, we felt very comfortable. From the grill to the hand blender, everything is available in the kitchen. Great location!!
