The resort itself is beautiful and I’m sure the hotel will be too when it’s finished but they are not telling people it’s like a building site . It’s still not finished . Constant drilling and hammering right by the pool and restaurant from 9am - 4pm every day . We upgraded to a premium sea view too but had a view of the builders everyday . Really disappointing when we only had 5 nights there . Mentioned it to reception and zero response .

Although the hotel was still under renovation, they pulled out all the stops to make our stay special. It's in a beautiful location with the Boat House bar connecting it to the sea and beach area. Breakfast was served by the pool with plenty of cover from the sun if required and plenty of choices on offer from the attentive staff. Love to stay again when all the renovations have been carried out.

Very nice and relaxing hotel, very clean and always kept tidy The only thing keeping this from a 5 star was the fact some of the pool facilities weren't working, and the pool itself could do with abit of TLC in places, but we did go there towards the end of the season so that may be the reason Other than that, food was great, staff were friendly and there is a local bus service that can take you into the town every hour or if you like walking it's about 25ish mins to walk

Poor. No one told us the hotel is partially closed due to refurbishment and construction. No proper reception, indoor restaurant, the services and facilities were very poor. The beach and watersports are a joke. Non existent on both counts.

This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are immaculate and the location even better - 50 seconds outside the front hotel and you’re on the beach with unobstructed views from the main entrance. Lovely pools, never too busy. Food is basic but good, although breakfast far better than dinner. Brilliant stay, thank you inmood

The hotel was amazing! De staff was Nice, breakfast was really good and the room was pretty. We really enjoyed our stay! You can travel to Alcudia with the bus that’s Only 3 minutes away from the hotel or you can rent A Car to see the Island.

A lovely hotel. Booked the premium sea view room and everything was new and the view fantastic. A hotel to chill if you want to out of the main tourist area and would recommend if you to just chill with the option to go to Alcudia if you want more restaurants and nightlife etc as it is a bit out of the way but saying that the setting cannot be beaten. Food excellent in the restaurant and all fresh. The only negative was it took a while to be served drinks in the restaurant but I’m guessing that this is down to the hotel being opened this year and the young staff lacked experience. However they are all happy to help with anything and very friendly. Would visit again.

Pros: -Lovely decorated rooms -Whole hotel was very clean -Very friendly and accommodating staff -Nice selection of food offered -Great location, lovely views -Small, quiet beach just across the road, and free shuttle to port -Access to the spa, which was very relaxing -Really good air conditioning throughout the hotel Cons: -We stayed in a premium double and the room was quite small/cramped with not a lot of storage space (if I’m being picky) -Very limited amount of sun beds and parasols available for the amount of people the hotel accommodates for -The shuttle bus on the way back to the hotel was 30-40minutes late picking us up which wasn’t fun when experiencing heat exhaustion -On one occasion at the restaurant, some chicken that was being served was still pink inside (I think this was just a one-off as every other meal was cooked perfectly) -The full English breakfast wasn’t great, but everything else was As a whole we really enjoyed our stay, it’s in a really nice relaxing area and we’d definitely recommend despite the negatives stated above. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel is positioned in a quiet area, has beautiful sea views and the food is delicious. One drawback is the beach is actually a small patch of sand, so we have visited nearby beaches to swim. Very confortable, and I would return anytime.

On first appearance this place is amazing, sea views (if you’re lucky enough to get a room that has it) sleek interior. But then you’re there for longer… notice that the fixtures and fittings are falling off the walls in the rooms, not enough sun loungers. And not enough umbrellas/shade for the middle of day heat. The sunloungers themselves are style over substance- don’t sit up tall enough to read. There’s a wooden bar low across them that if you’re trying to sit up then just digs in your back. Quite a few are already broken and no sign of repair. And that brings me to my biggest failing of this place. The management don’t care! First day I got locked in the toilet. Shut the door only to find no handle on the inside. It had come off, but no sign of it in the cubicle. The toilets are hewn into rock so sound proof. No windows and it’s small and hot. I was hammering and screaming for 20mins, small cuts and bruises and escalating PANIC. A member of staff then happened to come in and let me out. I went to reception no manager around and nothing but a half hearted sorry. They did NOTHING about it. No sign in the toilet. 24 hours later I go and find the manager. Who tells me he spoke to my husband and shows me a text asking someone to fix it. He did not speak to my ‘husband’ and the text was before the incident had happened to me. So it had already happened to someone else!!! and yet they had done nothing. Not even a warning sign on the door. Incidentally both the toilet doors had lost their handles. No recognition of the ordeal of 20mins of escalating panic that could have been avoided if they had acted when either the previous person got locked in or someone (a cleaner/staff) noticed the handles were gone. DISGUSTED by the management and their complete lack of care or concern for the safety and well being of their guests.

It is a hotel with mixed reviews: the rooms of the back building are newly renovated (deluxe rooms) and if you book a sea view room the view is gorgeous. But the hotel also has older rooms that have just been a little refurbished. Be sure to book one of the new rooms! It is a hotel still in transition, some rooms are getting renovated right now, though we were not disturbed by the work, all happening very quietly in the background. For example today 1st June all furniture in the restaurant was new, looking much better than yesterday. Pool areas are newly renovated already, also the pool bar is open now. Free parking nearby though I would guess in high season with limited capacity they might charge for it (there is a price for it on their website). Breakfast is of good quality, we are quite picky with food, but it is really ok. Lots of fruits, local cheese, sometimes fish - everything there. Though overall it is clean, I don't get why they are not looking a bit better for the surroundings. The way from the parking to the hotel should be cleaned, there is packaging from the renovation and two mattresses at the indoor pool which just no one seems to take care of. Overall we would definitely stay again here, the pros are: great view from deluxe sea view rooms, newly renovated rooms, nice pool area, good breakfast, much quieter and nicer area than Alcudia port. For beaches: the one right in front of the hotel is small, the beach bar still closed. To the left, towards the lighthouse of Alcanada is a great stony beach in walking distance. It is in a natural preserved habitat, so no beach services. Alcudia beaches are a short drive away.

There’s not much to find wrong with this hotel, as it’s in a great location about 2 kilometres out of the town of Port Alcudia but with an easy level walk in. It’s well maintained and very clean. We booked bed and breakfast so we could have the flexibility to eat out, and there are several local restaurants nearby, as well as lots in town. Most of the rooms have sea views and balconies and our room had a comfortable, super king size bed. The bathroom is large and spacious with shower, bidet, toilet and basin. There are four outside pools more suitable for dipping into than swimming in, but terraced so that the views from each level are lovely. There’s also an good sized indoor pool with a gym, sauna and steam room which are free for hotel guests to use. The breakfasts offer a great range with a good selection of cereals, different milks, fruit, yoghurts and cooked options, as well as continental meats and cheeses. The optional dinner is ‘all you can eat’ for €30 which we had on the first night, but opted to eat out after that. The selection was a little limited, but as we were hungry we didn’t mind. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we would be very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent- plenty of choice and very tasty. Good entertainment during the night. Staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a lovely area. Nice and quiet. Will definitely be back.
