Club Mac

If I can't find anything to complain about then they must be doing something right! Food was just excellent from the breakfast and varied lunches to the outside snack bar serving burgers, hotdogs and chips. Queues for drinks went down really quickly due to the efficiency of the staff. All the pools were clean and warm. Hotel rooms were clean and comfy. Water park with fast entrance for club mac guests was brilliant. Hard to believe it is classed as 3 stars. We truly had a great time. Even the lucky lucky guys outside were polite. Shops just around corner, on site shop with floats etc not overly expensive. Some of the entertainment was fantastic. Owls on show, singers. Hard to get everything in during our 5 day stay. 100% would recommend for any family. Ignore the bad reviews honestly, I will definitely go back at some stage. Free bus down to beach and back daily!

First of all, this review is based on my overall experience and not aimed at the hotel in general. Before we booked club Mac we looked at the reviews and trusted word of mouth but the truth is the British clientele really let the place down, I’m not snobby by any means but if your after a break away from the Uk to a nice relaxing hotel then this isn’t the place I’m afraid and wouldn’t book it. 98% are British, who rip the backside out the drink, very loud and shout about to each other in accents that are supposed to be English. Noticed quite a few travellers/gypys shouting at each other, the restaurants are mental people cutting about in vests and chav gear, you wouldn’t do it in a restaurant back in the Uk so a hotel restaurant shouldn’t be any different. Hotel - only negatives I have of the hotel is there is no lock on the balcony door which for me with kids is very poor, we learned while we were staying a child died last year after falling which is a real shame, there should be a key provided or some sort of way of locking or stopping kids from just opening the door unsupervised. Rooms are also on the small side, toilets had some stains but apart from that the rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Food was decent with a good selection, only beer is San Miguel I didn’t notice any other beers. The hotel, pools, staff and water park is actually really good and helpful, I think it’s a good hotel in the wrong location that attracts the wrong clientele. If your from the UK it’s like the caravan it butlins abroad in a nutshell. Not hiding anyone but don’t be fooled by the positive reviews saying it’s great,

Just back from a week at Club Mac🤍 not long enough lol! The place is immaculate, staff are fantastic! We stayed in Marte and the only downfall was the lifts!!! OMG🙈😂 2 lifts for the full building - a huge difference compared to saturno and Jupiter!!! Beds were extremely comfortable, thin blanket at bedtime which is perfect as the rooms can get stuffy the one we had wasn’t overly massive and with 4 of us in the room it could get quite warm! Food was fantastic - a great variety for all (even fussy eaters)!! A different theme every night! All the negative reviews I read kinda put me off but the only issues I had was the lift problem and the absolute stanky smell that lingered but you eventually become nose blind to it!!🤣🤣 All the comments about the noise - I get that it’s a family hotel but come on, everyone’s there to have a good time, I get it can get a little bit rowdy but we’re all on holiday - time to let loose🤣 A holiday is what you make of it and for us it was absolutely fantastic start to end and more than plenty for the kids to do❤️

Stayed at club mac for our first family holiday with our boys aged 6&7 we all had a blast we have picky eaters and always found something nice we loved the burger bar for lunch the nuggets are like McDonalds. Kids club is great boys were excited to go meet friends the staff are so energetic and kind we have booked again for next year we loved it that much

My family love club mac, we go every year, the food is great, the entertainment is great, the place is always kept very clean. The staff are very friendly. I have no complaints at all. We come back every year and my kids have the best time. We look forward to going back again next year

Fab hotel, lots to do to keep the children and adults entertained, fabulous animation team particularly the tall French guy and the leader guy that calls the bingo thay wears the bucket hat (sorry I didn't catch their names) but them two alone were the most friendliest activity team I've ever met in all my trips to Spain over the years well done guys, you do a great job.
