Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport

This is a great hotel for business traveler. Staff is attentive and not usually a big fan of free hotel breakfasts but they have some great choices and recently upped their game. Location is great and this is my go to hotel when I am in town. This is 5th time I have stayed at this hotel

Absolutely fantastic experience at Home 2 Suites! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I loved the convenience of electronic check-in, keys, and check-out—such a smooth process! Situated in a well-lit and safe area, the hotel offers easy access to Knoxville and the Downtown area. Its a short 20 Minute drive to Center of Campus at UT. It has all the right amenities and it truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality provided. You can't go wrong choosing Home 2 Suites, Alcoa—highly recommended!

The room was a great size for a family of four for a 7 night stay. Breakfast was good and the location is great. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv entertainment system guide was in alphabetical order and no way to search which was annoying. Also the time on the tv was central time and we were in the eastern time zone.

Honestly I was disappointed after reading all the reviews of this place. I tried to check in at 2:57 pm, and yes, I realize that with a 3:00 pm check-in, I was "early", but was told that my room wasn't cleaned, and they couldn't possibly move me to another room. So I realize, that technically I was 3 minutes early, but come on...they were trying to find someone from housekeeping to go start cleaning the room, which clearly would have taken more than 3 minutes. Fortunately, this really kind employee came to help the gentleman at the front desk that was clearly struggling to understand how to put guests into rooms. He stated, very pointedly, that once I had a room assigned, there was no possible way to switch it. She instead switched me to a room that was ready and was very kind and helpful. I inquired to the man at the desk about the airport shuttle, as this was why I picked this airport hotel, needing a 4:30 am shuttle ride, which is a big no, they can't do that. But, he even told me TWICE that breakfast started at 7. Come on man, read the room here...I clearly needed to be at the airport early, as indicated by requesting the shuttle ride, and you are reminding me twice of a breakfast option that I will obviously not be there for? So as a big second point, it is advertised that they have an airport shuttle, but please note, it has limited hours...so if you have a 5:30 am flight and think you are staying at a nearby airport hotel, such as this one, to save yourself some time and make an easy transfer to the airport in the morning, this isn't it. I requested an uber which took 20 minutes to arrive, but next time I would just stay at the Hilton attached to the airport and walk. The rooms are nice and well-equipped but the bed is saggy and uncomfortable. The room doors to the hallway have large gaps under them, so you definitely get to hear your neighbors coming and going from the doors shutting in the evening. I would not stay again purely for the shuttle aspect. My experience with the man at the desk was just annoying, but an airport hotel offering an airport shuttle should figure out a way to be explicitly clear about offering "limited shuttle hours" (maybe they are on their website, I'm not sure because it's listed here on tripadvisor and this is where I read reviews to choose hotels).

Had to travel on the spur of the moment. Home2Suites had everything I needed. Facilities were super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I am in love with contactless check in and check out. The hotel is close to everything in Maryville, Alcoa area.

This was an unexpected surprise. We stayed a handful of days and the hotel was a great home base for a couple of little day trips in the area. Our room was fantastic - great space and very comfortable. Staff were all incredibly friendly, too. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.
