Just needed a cheap stopover on a fleeting visit to see my mom. I paid £32 for a small single with en-suite and breakfast , which was all I needed . I got upgraded to a superior double , very nice room indeed , by a lovely lady on reception. Breakfast was outstanding and I will e back. Couldn’t fault my experience

Good comfortable and easily accessible rooms. Have stayed here a few times now and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are fine and the amenities as expected. Good size car park and the on site Twisted Boot offers reasonable food.

I have stayed here on many occasions and always find the staff really friendly and welcoming. Bedrooms are well equipped with all you need for a short stay and they is a small (very small) gym room. Despite being on a main road the rooms are quiet and on this occasion I was facing the field at the back of the hotel and saw a deer sitting in the grass early in the morning. So, a busy location but a pleasant rural atmosphere.

The hotel is very well situated for visits to Stratford upon Avon or Coughton Court. Plenty of parking. Room (Superior) was large and bed and pillows very comfy. Housekeeping let it down as very visible hairs in bathroom (bath and under towel rail) which I had to clean up. Also crumbs from biscuits left on floor from previous guests. This is not acceptable as they were by the bin so couldn't be missed. Did not look as though carpet had been hoovered at all. Public areas were very clean. Room was well equipped and shower powerful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and food and service was exceptional. Staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a big function on but as our room was well aware from the area we didn't experience any noise or inconvenience at all. We had a lovely relaxing peaceful night's sleep. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Have only marked it down because of poor housekeeping in room but in all other respects it was a perfect stay.

Went here for Christmas Day lunch, it was probably the best Christmas lunch we have had out. We have been out christmas day a few times but was always disappointed so we thought we would give Kings Court a try, so glad we did. Cleanliness, service, table layout and food were excellent. All of our party enjoyed it. If there was one tiny gripe it would be having to pay the cost of the meal in full at the time of booking which we did in August, a deposit would of been better, as it is a lot of money to pay out for party of 5 or more. That aside had a lovely day and wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Stayed here for two nights as we needed to be in the area for a family event. It's about 20mins walk from Alcester centre. The hotel is nice, quiet, and importantly it's clean. It is a little old and basic but if you are looking for luxury, or fun and vibrant this isn't for you. If you need basic, clean and comfortable then it's perfect. Friendly staff.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night with work, Positive the lady in reception was lovely and very pleasant. Room was quite dated and felt damp, this didn’t help has the room was absolutely freezing.. The skirting boards were very dusty and there were marks all over the walls as if someone had tipped a drink against them.. Bathroom seemed like it had been updated but shower was no more than a dribble and I struggled to get a comfortable temperature out of it.. When I got back to the room I wanted to watch tv in bed , but tv remote didn’t work so had to faff around pressing buttons in tv. Breakfast was lovely and breakfast staff were also great. I’m afraid I wouldn’t return

Lot of traffic noise, TV aerial needs sorting so TV picture broken, shows lack of care and investment. Lack of atmosphere in bar, though like all the nocks and crannies. Outside looks good, Tudor aspect, with good parking. Noise from bar later. No netflix. Not upto expected standard.

Was a day delegate for a two day workshop. Did not stay in hotel but was on the receiving end of two lunches and the thing that as billed as "afternoon tea". I have been to a large number of hotels for training events and so it is simple for me to make comparisons. First, the tea/coffee station only had one type of tea bag. No decaf , no choice of other teas but was told later that I could have asked for decaff this should not be needed. The lunch buffet I was not impressed by it on either day. The sandwches loooked ok but were tasteless. No seasoning in the fillings, never had such tasteless sandwiches before. No dressing for the salad leaves, filled half jacket potatoes with no taste. I got the impression that every thing on the buffet was a poor catering standard. I would have to say the chicken legs on Sunday were ok.Afternoon tea was a drink (had to provide my own decaf tea bag)and a very small square of cake.

We attended here for a wedding in September and to say it was a disaster is an understatement. First of all the service was poor with staff that were disinterested and short mouthed. This was coupled with the quite simply horrendous quality of food that was served to us. The chicken was tough and seemed as though it had been cooked days ago, with a sauce that tasted like it had gone off. The staff during the meal lacked any awareness and we had to go up to taps at the bar multiple times in order to get our bottles filled up. All in all, this was a great disappointment and a significant dampening on what should’ve been such a special occasion.

First time here, very courteous reception staff and very obliging. Room was wonderful, well appointed. We had a lovely meal and beverages. Easy access to parking. Would not hesitate recommending this hotel. Stumbled on this hotel at the end of a long driving day.

I would always recommend Kings Court wether staying over or just meeting up with friends. Food is always good, plus the service. Kings Court accomodates everyone.I have been there just for lunch with a friend andalso a party of friends, weddings and funerals. Never disapointed with the service. I have also stayed over night and enjoyed the buffet breakfast. first class.

Came here for a wedding. Nice enough hotel from the outside, but it is very dated. As an example, keys for your room door, ain't seen that for years in any other hotel, ket card all the way. Bedrooms are large but need new mattresses as very lumpy we felt. Bathroom dated and very old fashioned shower. £99 for B&B, though not bad, breakfast was good and plenty, so I could not grumble. With some updating of this hotel, it could be fantastic, it just was very dated, and I think Crossroads motel from the 70s early 80s. It was a good 3 star, but it was not great. Reception very friendly. As we're the staff.

Staff seemed nice but after we looked at the decided to eat at the pub next door 5 min walk the bed was comfy but the walls are dirty same with the carpets and the bathroom well very dirty wouldn't stay here again look at the photos and make your own mind up
