This is not a good location if you are going to need to use the shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival, there were no shuttles running at 7p, and I had to push for an Uber reimbursement which the hotel honored. I had a 4:30a shuttle reservation back to the airport, which I had to chase the front desk all morning for and left 20 minutes late

Don’t be fooled by the look of the outside of the hotel. It looks new but the rooms I saw were run down. We were moved from the 1st one because the a/c wasn’t working and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. They were nice enough to “upgrade” us to a 2 bedroom (which we should have received due to hotel status). The entry way to one of the bedrooms has duct tape to cover the gap in the carpet. The TV guide shows channels that won’t tune in (I.e. Nickelodeon). The furniture looks like it’s out of an old dumpy motel. Both rooms are just creepy. Not worth the $200.

Top notch customer service. The employees go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. Extremely clean hotel. They also have complimentary bottles of water in the lobby. And let's not forget the amazing cookies. Thank you all for making my time very special.

Very friendly staff, quiet, Dalton the assistant general manager was especially accommodating and welcoming to the area. Solid experience all around. Close to the airport, very clean, safe area and clear that the staff takes pride in the overall experience.

As this is an airport, I only had very modest expectations, but those expectations were certainly exceeded. The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous at both check in and out. There is a small fridge stocked with complimentary bottle water at the lobby. Complimentary cookies are also available. The shuttle driver was also friendly, and the shuttle arrived for airport pickup shortly after I called the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and functional (the only thing slightly odd was the spot-light style lighting around the work desk- but it's just a very minor thing). There is a small fitness center right by the lobby - the machines are in good condition. Like all other Townplace properties, it offers complimentary breakfast; and I thought the quality of the breakfast was above-average. The lobby area feels bright and clean. Overall, this property offers excellent value and convenience.

What a difference 6 years makes! When we were here in 2016, it was nothing like it is now -- which is absolutely fabulous! Every aspect of this entire 4-story hotel is exceptional, starting with wonderful Kalina on the front desk. We made a very, very last-minute reservation due to road closures elsewhere and Kalina not only immediately accommodated our needs but treated us like Marriott Bonvoy royalty. We so appreciated her care. Breakfast was everything hot and cold you could desire, starting at 6:30, and there was delicious coffee ready at 4:30 a.m. Halls and grounds are spotless, the parking area is so well-lit you'd think it was high noon. Fitness room had it all: machines, towels, a scale, water, free weights, exercise balls. This is a well-run operation and you will love your stay. Good show, GM Miguel!

Probably the best stay I've ever had at a Towneplace Suites thus far. Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful, Hotel (including lobby, rooms and outside area was clean). Even the outside main garbage smelt great when I went to throw out some trash lol. Complimentary water/coffee all day. Breakfast varied each day and was always replenished timely. Kitchens nicely equipped with cookware; something every great extended stay hotel has. Just a overall great atmosphere. Kudos to the manager for running a great hotel.

Had a great stay here during the ABQ Balloon Fiesta. The room was spacious and clean, and we felt bad having so many in-room resources at our disposal for just one night. The hotel staff also graciously started the (surprisingly awesome) breakfast hours earlier than is normal, so the folks leaving for the Fiesta in the pre-dawn hours could enjoy it before heading out. Hot tub was a nice bonus too!

Staff was not helpful. Found a hair in the bathtub and all that was offered was "well, you know how we ladies sometimes shed." No offer of any cleaning materials so I could even clean it myself. Then the showerhead was unmovable and turned toward the shower wall. They sent a maintenance man up who was able to move it (stronger) but he refused to loosen it "because it might leak" so we had to estimate where the water should hit for my height. I travel a lot - shower heads are always moveable - I dont have to be extremely strong and they don't leak. I won't talk about the fire drills. 3 of them. It is not surprising that this was the only hotel on my trip (and the longest stay) where they did not send me a survey.
