Very modern, cosy terraced house "Cerro Aguia AM V2". Outside the resort, 5.6 km from the centre of Albufeira, residential area (villas), 2.6 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (4 x 9 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, drying room. Parking at the house. Grocery 550 m, supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 5.4 km, restaurant 650 m, bar 1.1 km, café 550 m, bicycle rental 2.7 km, bus stop 700 m, railway station 9 km, sandy beach "Praia do Peneco" 2.6 km.
