Lovely hotel in a decent location, but restaurant was not open

Second time staying here and hopefully will be returning. Everything perfect from location to the apartment and especially all the staff. Old Town and new Town both aprox. 15 minute walk with taxi rank in front of the shopping centre. Special mention to the most comfortable beds we ever had on holidays.

Good location a little bit out of the busy centre. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Ubers very quickly found from here. Sadly bar closes before 10 pm and barman was quite rude from 9.30 telling people to take drinks in plastic cups. Considering it was very quiet and no noise this was hard to understand

Great place to stay, lovely apartment with pool view. Not too sure about the street side rooms as views there are not that great. We had a problem with workmen in room next to us but this was quickly resolved and Manager moved us to a bigger and better apartment. All in all great customer service.

We stayed in an apartment with a super king bed which was so comfy and amazing. The pool loungers were never full, maybe it was the time of the year but they had umbrellas for every 2 loungers and a table which was so helpful. The front desk ordered us taxis when needed which was ideal. There was a huge supermarket less than a 5 minute walk which was so handy and only a 5 minute taxi to both new or old town. definitely will be back next year.

Ive been coming to this hotel for around 15 years now and as always rooms fantastic, clean and the lovely hotel i like to escape to. However, disappointed this time with the noise not being dealt with. It was always no hen or stag dos. What happened to that policy? It’s never been a party hotel. Usually couples or those with babies or people who want a quiet trip . There were two stag parties, two hen parties and a group of loud girls in the two weeks we were there. We were woken Numerous times by music or noise in the early hours. The pool was overtaken by ball games, one stag party brought a massive speaker down to the pool also at one point. There was no consideration for those around who wanted to relax. I know this is down to the individuals not the hotel but if you are allowing groups again please monitor them. I even witnessed some young lads smoking around the pool and stubbing cigarettes out on the floor. I have re booked for June as I love this hotel. I hope it isnt as bad this time! I note the review below it must have been at the same time as their description of the noise is around the same times.
