It's a very neat and clean 2-storey house with a design that makes us feel at home immediately. After a full day activities outside, we could just find total rest in this temporary home. Shops and restaurants are just a short distance away. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We shall come back again one day :)

We just spent four nights in the "York" cottage, a beautifully appointed two-room superstar. Very clean and every amenity possible is provided (loved the chocolates!) The ensuite bathroom is a dream and the full kitchen was well stocked. The whole property has great views, and from the York we spent a lot of time in the two recliners, looking over the harbour. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time in Albany and the surrounding areas, made all the more so by our stay at Hanover Bay Apartments.

We were two couples travelling together and had two separate bedroom suites including a seating area, comfortable beds and hot shower. The entire building is quiet and modern in all areas. Upstairs there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with flat screen TV. Very nice, private and modern.

Comfortable and perfectly located near Stirling Terrace with its restaurants and shops. Spacious and comes with all amenities and parking for two cars.

Stayed 2 nights in the York Cottage, our first stay in this accessible cottage. We enjoyed our stay at Hanover again and when home relaxing in the comfy recliners 😉 This cottage has a great view out over the harbor and easy walking distance to the markets and main street. We found it quiet and the bed very comfortable and were grateful for the chocolates, 4 coffee pods [for Nespresso coffee machine], 2 water bottles that were left for us, along with milk in the fridge. The owners keep it well maintained and the cottage has everything you need. There was even a washing machine and dryer in this little cottage. Thanks so much, we look forward to staying again when next in Albany.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, High quality appliances, comfy beds. Views are amazing, lovely to eat breakfast looking out. Views of The Amity & city views good too. Highly recommend. Location is close to the town itself. Local supermarket is open 7 days per week, restaurants within reasonable distance. Hoping to return for a visit very soon.

Attention to detail made this apartment a great stay for my wife and I. Conveniently located in short walking distance to the restaurants of Albany. Fresh milk in the fridge on our arrival is very rare and most welcomed. Apartments are large, clean and modern. Highly recommended.

Albany has a great deal to offer the traveller and we enjoyed our stay at the Hanover Bay Apartments. We had some trouble getting hold of the key box code but this was not the fault of the host, who had been trying her best to contact us. We stayed in the York apartment which has large windows overlooking the bay and the replica sailing ship, Amity. The apartment consists of the kitchen/living in front and the bedroom/bathroom behind. DVDs and books are available and it was a nice surprise to have chocolate! For me, the bedroom was quite dark as there is very little natural light and the view is of the open plan bathroom, but this is just my feeling. We thought we saw a rat in the garden but Jeanette explained that it was actually a Kwenda or small bandicoot, so it was lovely to see some of the local wildlife.

Stayed for a long weekend. Apartment was just perfect. Very comfortable and spacious. Within easy walking distance to Main Street of town for coffee breakfast and shopping. Overlooks the bay so pleasant outlook from large window. Quiet location despite being so close to everything
