La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham-Albany GA

Not worth the price paid. Hotel is in need of serious upgrade. Telephone did not work. Lighting was POOR. Had to open the blinds at night to let parking area lighting come in to see computer key board. Hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the tub/sink. Windows leaked when it rained.

The rooms seem to have been updated, but the bathrooms are untouched. The bathrooms need serious updating.

Good value Good hotel to stay at when visiting Albany. Bed was a little too firm for my taste but excellent value for money.

Very friendly and helpful. However on the 2nd day, we came down at 9am for breakfast and no eggs, grits were drinkable, low on waffle batter, but they eventually corrected that problem.

Okay stay at La Quinta The location of the hotel is great. We also found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options were very limited as most of what was labeled was just empty. However, a food delivery was made towards the end of the breakfast time and I believe this contributed to the limited selection. The dining room attendant did offer to make more food for my family after breakfast time ended. I thought that was a nice gesture that she didn’t have to do. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. It looked like a lot of patch work repairs had been done to the walls and shower. We only stayed one night so we made it work but it was not relaxing at all. They do offer dove products so that’s nice. We come to Albany often to visit family. I’d keep this hotel on my list when my regular options aren’t available.

I felt a little unsafe because the lock was damaged to the door. The tub had mold on the shelf. And the tv was on Spanish that we could not get to change. Matt was very pleasant and also the lady at the front desk at check out. I will not return to this location because of the above mentioned.
