Il segnale della reception molto gentile colazione colazione non alla fine del mondo ma è sufficiente bella location in mezzo al verde a due passi da Albano Laziale e Castel Gandolfo e trenta km da Roma

Tutto bene, parcheggio interno sicuro , colazione abbondante con ottimi prodotti, camera pulita e confortevole, apparentemente ben frequentato .immerso nel verde. Luogo tranquillo esente da caos e/o traffico. Molto consigliato.

The noisiest house keeping from 6am banging around in the corridors, banging on room doors, slamming doors. Holidays are meant to be relaxing. Please ask your team to be considerate of guests trying to sleep.

This is quite simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived on the Saturday and the first thing to note is that it is nothing like the photos. There is no ‘parkland’, just a few trees. The outdoor seating area is scruffy and the rooms look as if the last time they saw any updates was circa 1993. Despite the 27 degree heat and clear blue sky the pool was closed due to the earlier rain and ‘dangerous’ weather. Rain. 🤷‍♀️ We had an early start on the Sunday so we were delighted to find that the rooms in the main block were treated to a very loud and very shouty DJ and disco until half past midnight. The noise was so bad that objects in our room were vibrating. Added to this were the hordes of children running up and down the corridors screaming at the tops of their voices until 1am. Despite this we had our long day with early start and returned to the hotel around 6pm hot and tired. I took my daughter to the pool which was unlocked and she had a swim. Until a lady came and shouted at us that we had to leave because the pool closes at 6pm. No signs telling us this on the wide open gate so I didn’t really appreciate her rudeness. We wait to see what delights await us this evening but thankfully, we leave tomorrow. I have to sign off now to help my daughter with the broken shower screen. This after my 16 year old son almost fell down the toilet because the toilet seat is broken. Classy place. I’d avoid if I were you. Oh and I’ve just discovered as daughter leaves the shower that the maid has taken all of our towels and not replaced them.

Worst hotel ever! We traveled with EF tours as a large group, everyone in our group was in the same building except me and my grandson. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel in my life. I do not need the best amenities but I do need to feel safe. Our key to our room was a normal house key, the beds were hard a rocks and the shower was built for small people. When we ran the water in the shower or sink the toilet bubbled and the entire room smelled like poo- the room was dirty. A friend traveling with the group had blood spots on her sheets and when she asked the front desk for fresh sheets she was told no. I got no sleep in this hotel because there were men outside my door all night having a party, you can not call front desk from your room so the only option I had to complain was to go out where they were to walk to the front desk, so I pushed all the furniture i could against the door and prayed for morning to come. If you are traveling and this hotel is on your list of places to stay call EF and demand they change it, have everyone in your group call and complain as well. i felt like I was in a horror movie. And the pictures they show are no where near what it actually is.

This hotel left a lot to be desired. The rooms were minimal at best. We had a room with 3 twin beds. One bed had a missing built in lamp. The shower would back up and pool water at your feet. The beds were more like cots and the mattresses were very hard. The towels were worn and torn. The windows were hard to close once opened. The food in the restaurant reminded me of something you would get from an assisted living facility. It was incredibly disappointing. Also, those serving in the restaurant were not friendly. You must walk if you want anything. The closest shops appear to be about a mile away which isn’t bad in this area. There doesn’t appear to be a lot to do around here that is accessible if you don’t have a car. With traffic you are about an hour from Rome. It is about 14 or so miles but traffic is bad and speed is slow. The saving grace was the other staff was fairly kind. Unless you like inconvenience find somewhere else to stay. The photos are well done but not indicative of reality.

Het hotel is oud, versleten en onhygiënisch. Het personeel was niet welkomend en keken u raar aan. De kamers leken niet onderhouden en waren ofwel ergens kapot of te oud om nog te werken. Er lag zelfs een verroeste spijker op de kamer en de wc bril lijkt te zwak om menselijk gewicht te ondersteunen. De bedden zijn oud en de matrassen zijn nog te doen maar is boort een veer in je rug als je er plat op ligt. Verder heb ik ook gehoord dat iemand zijn deur slot kapot is gegaan en het personeel deed nogal moeilijk om het te repareren. Wat ze uiteindelijk niet hebben gedaan. Gewoon een kleinere, slechtere kamer gegeven. Het ontbijt is gratis, maar het niet te eten. Het brood is zo taai als het maar kan en zo droog als het maar kan. Het eten is gewoon van de lokale winkel en slecht voorbereid. Het fruitsap blijft een week staan zonder dat die word vervangt en je word oud eten geserveerd zodat ze kunnen besparen op geld volgens mij. Ze hebben zelfs het bestek niet afgewassen bij sommige mensen en gewoon hetzelfde bestek terug gegeven de volgende dag. Dan heb je nog de locatie, het is een beetje ver van bezienswaardigheden maar als je geduld hebt zou het wel nog gaan. Maar de wijk waar het hotel in ligt is ook niet aan te raden. Er is constant een hond aan het blaffen die niet stil blijft en verder is het niet aangeraden om alleen buiten het hotel te komen want de wijk is een beetje louche. Het enigste positief dat ik kan zeggen is dat de wifi goed is, maar dat is het ook. Dus om te concluderen, ga niet naar hier. U gaat spijt hebben. Zoek gewoon iets anders in de buurt, dat gaat u zo veel gedoe besparen, geloof me.

Prenotato tramite agoda. Ci siamo stati una notte, camera pulita, molto cortesi ed ottima colazione, anche scelta gluten free. Cornetti freschi, varie torte, dolce e salato. Splendido parco con giardino facile da raggiungere. Consigliato tranquillo

La scortesia è la scarsa professionalità e solo la base di una struttura maleodorante con letti scomodi , per non parlare della pulizia ….. struttura da chiudere ….. non mi capacito di come qualcuno dica nelle recensioni carino e confortevole

Hotel orrendo, in primis ho prenotato un mese fa con un solo cognome 4 quadruple x una famiglia e ci hanno divisi per palazzina e piani avendo dei bambini piccoli, ho chiesto un mese fa una culla non avuta, siamo arrivati un uomo anziano alla reception veramente antipatico, scortese, maleducato al mio buonasera abbiamo prenotato a nome di... Non mi ha manco degnato di uno sguardo ha fatto i fatti suoi poi si è alzato e ha detto prego, come se non avessi proprio detto niente 5 minuti prima, con fare scortese ci snobba chiede i documenti, ci da anche fretta (da premettere ho chiesto la mattina di poter fare in check in perché poi saremmo rientrati a mezzanotte, mi è stato detto che non c'era nessun problema, evidentemente abbiamo disturbato il signore) ci ha dato le 4 chiavi sparse ovunque, abituata a viaggiare ho dovuto chiedere io se mi dovesse dare un telecomando e lui mi risponde eh, se lo volete c'è quello della televisione 😳.... Bah! Non ci ha fornito indicazioni per la colazione, orari e varie cose, in modo maleducato ha detto: Alloraaa alzando il tono, tant'è che mi sono anche alterata, dovete andare di là andate... Un cretino!!! Entriamo in stanza, maleodorante, luce fulminata, porte vecchie e rosicate, pulizia 4, mentre mia figlia fa la doccia cade la porta nel chiudere la stessa ... Cmq non c'è assolutamente un voto e se ci fosse -10 quello darei, si chiama Park hotel Villa Maria come quando praticamente ti metti addosso una maglia Luis Vuitton ma taroccata!!!! Non ci andate!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo, in quattro, per fortuna per sole due notti Mai più!!!! Ho viaggiato molto, ma non mi è mai capitato di soggiornare in un albergo a 3 stelle tanto squallido, deprimente e sporco. Per la prima volta non ho letto preventivamente le recinzioni, tutte negative, e me ne sono pentito amaramente. Il costo di 90 € a notte, che per un vero albergo a 3 stelle non è tanto, è troppo elevato per una struttura fatiscente e orribile come questa “pensione”. Il personale maleducato e indisponente. Per prima cosa, all’arrivo, non ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare provvisoriamente nei pressi dell’accesso per scaricare le valige e abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio distante 100 m e abbiamo dovuto caricarci addosso valige borsoni e quant’altro, (compresa mia figlia di 8 anni poverina). Quando ho visto la camera avevo deciso di andare via, ma non ho trovato nulla di libero in zona. Camere senza frigo, arredamento spartano e cadente, ringhiera del balcone arrugginita, batuffoli di polvere che rotolavano sotto i letti, tapparelle attaccate con lacci di plastica, la mattina ci svegliavamo con le formiche in camera, e non mi dilungo sul resto ma vi lascio le foto che parlano da sole. La mattina presto eri svegliato dal rumore di un soffiatore che puliva il piazzale dalle foglie.

Camera fatiscente piena di zanzare. Muri pieni di crepe e sporchi. Non so come hanno fatto a dare 3 stelle. Non ce nemmeno il frigo bar in camera. Ambiente vecchio e tenuto male, in giro ce ne di meglio. Televisore microscopico. Assolutamente da evitare.

Peccato con un minimo di attenzione potrebbe essere una bella struttura. Prima colazione impresentabile. Praticamente nessuna scelta. Inaccettabile che alle 16 le stanze (sporche) non siano ancora fatte. Letto scomodissimo cuscini inesistenti Sconsigliatissimo
