Nice ambience and excellent service. Food quality is good and they serve a good variety too. You can plan a day here.

if there can be a negative review i would give that. Poor service, dirty facility, rude staff. Please stay away and chose a different houseboat company. They seem to have problem in turning on the AC and guilt trip you on using the A/C. very unprofessional company

We boarded a day cruise on Southern Panorama premium houseboat last year during Kerala tour. Was skeptical on what type of boat would it be and the facilities, all that gone away as soon as we boarded the boat and welcomed by ever smiling captain and staff. We reached late but they ensured to take us a complete backwater tour even if ended a little late. Bedroom was well appointed, neat and clean. we enjoyed snacks and tea coffee on beautifully architected deck. Captain was kind enough to let us touch the wheel and get some photo op. Chef ensured to dish out delicious vegetarian dishes for us- so many of them indeed ( about 10)- for light eaters like us it's enough for 2 days :) . We filled ourselves to the brim and alighted for next destination thanking the team from bottom of our hearts.

It was exciting experience with this house board. Food quality and room was very good. Staff were very guiding personality.

From getting to the place to the parking to the overall condition of the houseboat needs a lot of work & maintenance. The boats are probably 10-15 years old, and so are all the bathroom fittings and beds, linens, and towels. Bedsheets, pillow covers had holes, towel borders were torn because of overuse, and towels were bald and rough. There was not even 1 hook in the bathroom to hang a towel. The towel holder just above the commode was broken and useless. There was just 1 dim light in the bathroom, making it look even more terrible. There was no bed, and the mattress was on the floor, with a lizard in the bedroom/cabin. The common areas were good, the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time with fellow passengers. Since this was not our first houseboat experience so we knew what was expected.
