Azak Beach Hotel

Rough , tired and very outdated hotel. Even the evening entertainment was shocking, playing old tracks. Put some decent proper entertainment on 😳 it’s a racket !! Serving cold food that’s just reheated. Was warned not to eat there due to hygiene concerns.

It’s not worth it. The food is terrible. For breakfast it’s only one bread and it’s no good. It chicken and rice for lunch and Donner (NOTHING ELSE). It is not all inclusive. The bar closes at 10 and you can’t even get water after that. They ran out off salt, wine and soda. The tv on the room doesn’t even work. The doors to the balcony is so old that you need to slam it hard to even close a little. We didn’t get big towels and we asked for it but we didn’t get it so we needed to ask again. The workers were not professional, they are running around and flirting with us who live here. Pay some extra money to stay somewhere else

What a terrible time!!!!!! Came back home with salmonella and had it for 6 days after!!! Completely ruined my whole holiday!!! This place needs to be shut down!! Overall awful time.. PLEASE BOOK A HOTEL ANYWHERE ELSE, BUT NOT HERE!!!!!!!!!

Well where do I start. We arrived at the hotel at around 4am. The man at the desk did not have the best customer service upon greeting us. After giving us our rooms and us settling in, we noticed the tv didn’t work. The fridge was so hot, with these 3 little cups of water in there. The shower head was broken. They fixed the shower head the following day. As we arrived late, we didn’t wake up for breakfast. When we did make it to breakfast it wasn’t great, boiled eggs, some sort of scrambled eggs with meat, and pan cakes. If you want a fried egg you have to be there by 8am. The bar staff look like they are on a lads holiday. I asked for two cokes with ice and they looked at me as if I had asked them to move the earth. The bar guy handed me 2 glasses with ice and pointed to the Pepsi machine. The staff in this hotel are far too laid back for my liking. The staff on the reception don’t even dress like they are coming to work. They look very unprofessional, very untidy. Most of the times when you go to the reception desk the staff that are supposed to be on there are outside smoking. In this hotel you get breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is no snack bar. The drinks machines are almost always empty and they don’t even try to change them often. The food is always cold. The cutlery is always dirty along with the plates you pick up. The cleaner, sweeps the room and changes the bins and towels. We had some drinks from the bars and had a few empty glasses. They stayed in the room until my mum physically gave them to her. I’ve traveled the world and have been to Turkey many times (was here last year in Olu Deniz) but I have to admit this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All inclusive does not apply to this hotel, because if you request basic things, you are told it’s at an extra cost. The beach is lovely and is just outside the hotel, but even to go there, you have to pay for a sun bed. I have stayed in hotels all over the Caribbean and all inclusive meant that every drink and the beach were all included in your package. Not here. There was one lovely waiter tall guy who was helpful. The rest of the staff were useless. Our room was on the ground floor and every day we had a leak from the rooms upstairs showering. The cleaner even looked shocked at the leak, but nothing was done. I would not be returning to this hotel again. This hotel also isn’t very child friendly.

Good hotel!!! Near to kleopetra beach and good persons work in this hotel .. it was my first time have been there last year .. and I planing again booking this hotel this year too .. thank you Mustafa and hüseyin 🙏

Me and my partner came to this hotel for our first holiday abroad together and it’s safe to say we weren’t overly impressed by the hotel. When we got to the hotel late at night around 2am and the hotel receptionist didn’t speak a word of English so we he just pointed at things on the desk which to me isn’t the most professional thing (and yeah I know I’m in Türkiye before people come for me lol). The next morning we went out to explore the beach bar that apparently was part of the hotel…well that wasn’t true because that part was completely blocked off so there was 0 all inclusive cocktails, just a unimpressive bar with the choice of paint ******** (vodka) gin, beer and wine which tasted like vinegar. The spa doesn’t exist so don’t expect a Turkish bath in the hotel because it won’t happen. The hotel room itself wasn’t the best. The beds were really hard and some of the lights didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest of bathrooms, the shower was rubbish and didn’t stay up when placing it up to wash your hair, also the shower screen was really hard to open and close so be careful. The room had a gorgeous view of the beach and the mountains. The tv didn’t work at all but it’s a good job we weren’t there to watch telly all day! Despite the slightly disappointing hotel room the staff were so friendly and made sure everyone was happy every day. The food wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t as bad as people made it out to be. The only down side on the food was the fact the oil really messed my stomach up, so if you have a dodgy stomach 100% take some tablets to help that! Also the swimming pool closest to the beach was absolutely vile, the tiles were covered in fungi and I don’t think it was ever drained, also be careful of some of the sunbeds as they could be (most definitely are broken) broken. The location is perfect if you’re after a bar in the evening or a coffee or just for a little walk around some shops. The beach was stunning was always so busy and right next to the hotel. Yes you do have to pay for sunbeds but I thought that was the same for most places. Overall I rate my personal experience there a strong 2/5 and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning. Ps there are a lot of German people that stay there and if you’re anything like me and cannot stand them then I really do not recommend this place for you! :)
