Relax Beach Hotel

Kalite çok kötü, ortak kullanım alanları lavabolara girmenin imkânı yok çok kötü kokuyor, rezervasyon esnasında otel'de çok kötü anlar yaşadık sabah kimlik ile girdiğimiz otel'e oda'ya yerleşme aşamasında pasaport istediler, rezervasyon esnasında oteli aradık böyle bir uyarı yapılmadı.geri dönmek istedik o esnada 2 standart oda olarak yaptığımız rezervasyonu bize 4 kişi tek standart oda olarak verdiler kabul etmek zorunda kaldık.İçecekler ılık buz yok, animasyon yok, yemek alanı çok dar çok sıra var özellikle barbekü ızgara bölümünde, gözlemeyi boyut olarak dört parmak diyebiliriz sırada beklemeye değmez, hamburger de aynı. Plastik bardaktan başka cam bardak verilmedi. Havuz çok küçük yüzmek imkânsız sâdece ayakta duruyorsunuz. Deniz kenarında kayalıklar taşlıklar ve dalga nedeniyle deniz'e giremedik. Oda aşırı dardı bitişik 4 yatak ve 3 yetişkin 14 yaşında bir çocuk ile bitişik yatarak 6 gün geçirdik. Odamızın olduğu tarafta bir bar vardı gece 3 e kadar son ses müzik ile uykumuzu berbat etti. Yani kâbus gibi bir tatil oldu. Paramızla rezil olduk. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz

This is the WORST HOTEL I've ever been to. The first night when we arrived, we DID NOT GET the Family ROOM we paid for, but we were led to be accommodated in 2 separate rooms. We entered one that was not cleaned, then another that was also NOT CLEANED. The next day we only get Family at 2 pm, we lost the whole day waiting for the key to our room. That room was as dark as a cellar. FOOD is BAD, everything is the same every day and it boils down to tasteless rice, chicken (there was no other meat), some pointless stews, soups made of flour or rice left over from previous meals, 2-3 types of fruit, apples, plums, pears; for breakfast eggs and one kind of puff pastry every day, salads every day the same. There are lines and pushing around food everywhere, the restaurant is not air-conditioned. The plates and cutlery are catastrophically DIRTY, I hated every meal. Tables too. We used to scrub them ourselves so that we could sit down. HOT WATER NO bathing water after 7 p.m. It also happened that it completely disappeared for a few minutes. They justify themselves by saying that there is no malfunction, but the water is used up due to the excessive number of guests. How is it possible that a 4* hotel does not have hot water when it needs it?! When you ask them something, they pretend not to understand, or they tell a lie, they don't want to meet. When I paid for the safe, they promised to come and set it up and never did. THE ENTRANCE TO THE SEA is completely COVERED by ROCKS, it is impossible to enter. You can only go to the left and right of the "hotel beach", where there is a red flag - no entry into the sea. On the last day, you do not use lunch or dinner, and you paid in advance. Worst of all, the AGENCIES WON'T SAY these details. Two agencies convinced me that the bad comments about the hotel on the Internet are not true. How insolent is that. They boast that they sell it well and that they have no negative feedback. In the few days that I stayed there, I met several families who had the same problems with being placed in unwanted rooms, they also complain about the lack of hot water, food, access to the sea... It is impossible that the agencies do not know this. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!

I am still currently on holiday in this hotel and I can not wait to get back home this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in! I have stayed in a 2* which has been much better than this. DIRTY, RUDE staff and rude people. Restraunt I can not explain how awful that is and the Russians push around and push you out of the queue, only thing we ate from restraunt was bread we paid and ate out every single night! First night arrived air on was broken it was so hot in the room my partner passed out and they did not care at all and would not change room tried to say they did a good deed and gave us a sea view room for free when I showed them the booking I paid extra for this. Lifts never work and we got stuck in one. Cleaner does now clean room or give clean towels or toilet roll we had to get our own. please DO NOT BOOK this hotel!!!!!

Lovely hotel in a fab location, the rooms were lovely and clean, the food was ok not the best but they had a different things so weren’t too bad, the pool was lovely and the private beach is lovely and relaxing, you can get a bus from the hotel to the main alanya centre which we loved and went there most days for around 80p, we will deff be returning soon

Room was nice! Became ill from food poising contracting a stomach virus after the 2nd day both me and my boyfriend. I'll then all week having to stay in our rooms needed medication, ended up fainting on pool side due to dehydration from being ill, been back since Monday and still very ill, and it's now Friday. No variety in food. Poor hygiene. No lifeguards. Would not return

The hotel is good as far as the rooms are concerned, they are clean and maintained every day. The food is very bad, the hygiene in the restaurant is very bad. We've all gotten the stomach virus. There are many cats that roam the tables at night. It is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The food is monotonous, only peas, green beans and okra. From fruits only apples, pears and oranges. The meat was only chicken sometimes. Very bad choice for all inclusive.

I honestly don’t even know where to start. First and foremost, I wish we read the reviews before staying here as every single one has been quite literally bang on. In terms of love holidays, we had an awful experience. What was meant to be a 2hour drive from the airport to our hotel, turned into an 8 hour trek in a hot sweaty coach with no air conditioning and an incredibly rude coach driver. We got to our hotel at 6 o’clock in the morning with a receptionist who was falling asleep, who didn’t tell us anything about the hotel (when breakfast, lunch, dinner was etc, we didn’t know we had a rep until a week into our stay… it was shocking communication from loveholidays and the hotel). If you’re British, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Through not fault of the hotel’s (which is the only thing I’ll admit isn’t their fault), is that it’s full of Russians. And due to this, quite clearly the hotel only caters for Russians. The food was atrocious, to say the least, every single day. Who serves broccoli for breakfast? And there’s no beans! But that was the least of our worries. My girlfriend cut into what we thought was a cooked pepper one lunchtime to have a full sized caterpillar inside. We went to show a staff member who did nothing but take the plate off our table and clear it. The queues for food were ridiculous, they had a grill outside that was an easy 30-40 minute wait for either a frozen burger, some chewy chicken which looked like they scraped something up off the road or leftover chicken nuggets from the night before. The food was infested with flies, and it was clear that on the days that certain foods hadn’t been finished (fries mainly), they were reused the following day. Cold, stale, fries repeatedly served everyday which was unfortunately one of the very few things we could eat. I wish we took pictures of the food but we didn’t, I FaceTimed my brother one evening and to his amusement he saw the shambles of the dinner service and what they offered. Every time we tried some of the food we just got up and left and went to a nearby restaurant. The staff were rude, much alike to their Russian counterparts, they’d only speak to the Russians and made no attempt to make our stay welcoming. This can be backed up by the bar staff giving Russians drinks in glasses and us, in plastic cups. The bar just wasn’t even a bar. They had empty glass bottles on the back bar of certain vodka’s, rum’s and whiskey’s which they didn’t sell, as they only used crap never seen before spirits under the counter. The mixers were bought from local shops, in bottles and left out in the sun which inturn meant they were serving warm drinks. Nice. I read a review once I came back which said someone thought the Efes beer on tap was alcohol free. I think I’d agree with this. The hotel also has a hut on the beach which you have to pay for if you want any drinks. What’s the point of all inclusive? In terms of hotel entertainment, there isn’t any, we stayed one eve

Thank you to Relax beach hotel family. We came with my family, our room was new and tidy, the food was delicious, the employees were friendly, they did not discriminate between locals and foreigners. I recommend you to try the bath.
