Hotel Review My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for a week, and unfortunately, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every single day for the past eight days, we have encountered at least one issue, ranging from poor cleanliness to maintenance failures and more. We approached the staff about these problems discreetly, in an effort not to disturb other guests. However, we were consistently met with arrogance, argumentative behavior, and a complete lack of solutions. The management, especially the hotel owner, seemed utterly incapable of handling conflict constructively. Instead of acknowledging the issues and working toward solutions, he would raise his voice and shift the blame onto someone else. This is not how hospitality should work. Mistakes can happen, but the focus should be on resolving them—not finding someone to blame. As guests, we cannot fix plumbing leaks, poor cleaning standards, an unmanned reception, or errors in their booking systems. These are all issues that should have been handled professionally by the hotel staff. Instead, every issue was dismissed or poorly managed, making our stay increasingly stressful. Additionally, the noise levels in the hotel are unbearable. The walls are so thin that you can hear conversations in other rooms as well as everything happening in the hallways. From the beachside restaurant to the hotel entrance, every sound echoes through the building, leaving no room for peace or relaxation. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that we were promised a luxurious stay at “Alanya’s best couple’s hotel.” This could not be further from the truth. What we experienced was the exact opposite: frustration, disappointment, and a complete lack of professionalism. This stay has been heartbreaking and distressing. We are deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, high-quality vacation experience.

Don’t go here if you are not prepared to listen to endless loud music in the restaurant and beach area. We were not affected in the rooms, but didn’t feel like chilling outside on their terrasse due to this noise pollution. It is just the opposit of replacing when they keep treating the area as if it is a disco. I am not surprised we saw very few people on that terrasse except from at breakfast. The hotel is esthetically nice with a good situation on the Beach and looks exactly like in the photos. So if you are in your 20-ties it might be the perfect hotel for you.

They seriously need to change their music…. It’s the same annoying beat all day , everyday, played so loud. No wonder no one enjoys using there sunbeds. Its so not cool 😝 New speakers arrived yesterday that make it sound even worse … your not in Ibiza 🤣😂🤣

This hotel is in a nice area right on the beach front, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms was nice and kept clean to a good standard. The breakfast was ok and did the job but unfortunately the only issue I had with the hotel was the super loud music!. The music from surrounding areas and even the hotel bar was that loud you could feel the room shaking, if you want a relaxing peaceful holiday then unfortunately I couldn’t recommend this hotel. The music does cut off at midnight and some of the days I don’t have an issue sitting up to around midnight but for me the issue is when you have early starts for tours and transfer back to the airport you just have no chance getting any sleep what so ever if you want an early night!. In the end I couldn’t wait to get home just for a bit of peace and quiet!. It’s a great shame because like I mentioned the staff, rooms, location and hotel in general was really nice but sadly because of the super loud music I wouldn’t stay again. If you don’t plan on doing any tours or have no early starts then I would highly recommend the hotel.

First time at club med. resort was really nice - accommodation perfect for young family. Our children were a bit nervous to go to kids club but the staff were excellent. Especially Seneha (hope I’ve got her name right - she’s half Scottish) and nadine who went out of their way to make our eldest feel confident. We really appreciated that.
