Monart City Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

Excellent hotel. Food is great. Snack bar is really good. 2 pools and one with a small slide. Local pubs and restaurants are good. Lots of shops. Staff are so polite and friendly and the rooms are good

Stayed here for 28 nights in room 2112 and was very impressed with this spotlessly clean hotel.Checked in at 2AM. which was very efficient and shown to our very comfortable room,which had a TV,wardrobe,table and chair on the small but adequate balcony.There is a safe in the room which is charged at one euro per night which i think is very reasonable and also good free Wi-Fi throughout.The room was cleaned every day by the hard working cleaner,the shower was very powerful and refreshing.If you have difficulty walking,fear not as there are plenty of lifts here. Breakfast is available from 7 AM. and it was delicious every day with plenty of variety,so too were the lunchtime and evening meals.There is also a snack restaurant open from noon to midnight and all meals are cooked to order and i recommend the lovely,fresh pizzas.Ice cream is from noon 'til 5 PM in the coffee bar.Lots of choice at the bars,the beer is EFES,which is a quality lager,there are the usual cocktails and spirits with Raki as my favourite. I went to the beach nearly every day and the staff here are as well trained as the hotel workers,the bar is clean as a whistle and the gentlemen working on the beach clean the sun loungers every morning.The beach is sand and pebbles so i recommend wearing surf shoes for swimming. The ethos of the proprieters of this great hotel is treat the guests with courtesy and respect and all staff members do this.I want mention in particular the lovely lady on reception who works from 8 AM 'til 4 PM,always cheerful, helpful and brilliant english and in the snack restaurant Jacob,a model employee who was so enthusiastic in his work,whenever we walked in he'd say " crouch,Wayne Rooney" as his English is like my Turkish,very limited. There is very good evening entertainment here comprising;traditional dancing,a band,a guitarist/singer and a magician.

staff were friendly and helpful , dining staff polite and friendly , maids doing rooms excellent and went above and beyond. facilities as expected and then some more . hotel was clean and staff were frequently seen attending to any items that weren’t up to standard and clearing any mess made .. we stayed in a room with a sea view and it was lovely . i’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
