The hotel was not nice to be in the room was smell and dark and depressing

The cleaning was the worst experience I ever had. The cleaning lady came every second day, but you coulnd't really tell if she has been there or not. The day we checked in the room was already dirty. The room was always smelling when we came home from being out. The staff was really unfriendly, and we weren't allowed to bring anything to drink or eat in our room unless it was bought from their own shop. I have never experienced something like that, and I have been traveling many years in Turkey at many different cities and many different hotels, Marmaris, Istanbul, Kusadassi, Antalya, and Alanya. The toilet door couldn't close probably. When we were taking shower the water ran out of the shower cabin, so the floor got really wet in the bathroom. One of the staff gave us some more floor-towels and told us just to use them. One day the water was really much on the floor, so we used a normal towel. The day after, we were told, that we had ruined the towel by using it at the floor and we had to pay 50 lira for a new towel for them. The staircase task was always smelling, like there has been smoking 10.000 cigarettes there, and the floor never has been washed. We were living at the 3th floor and the wifi was really bad and slow. All together a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this hotel. I have read some of the other commentes, that guests have left about this hotel at ***********. The manager wrote some really nasty things back. I left this review on booking and the manager wrote back: "Hello İda Maria Sonne Hansen from Africa and Vikas Kushwaha from İndia I think you live in Europe but you didn't learn any culture, kindness from Europe You dont have done picture but we have photo of the towels you soiled. Animals would use the room cleaner than you. People like you should not come to Turkey. i hope to see you agein Grettings" I'm danish, and yes my boyfriend is from India. I don't understand why is written I'm from Africa? And even if I was then how can that be relevant? It seems so racist to me.

Vreselijk hotel, douche deed het de helft van de tijd niet of we hadden alleen ijskoud water. Tijdens het douchen viel hij gewoon uit, daar sta je dan 15 min te wachten helemaal ingezeept tot je eindelijk weer een paar miezerige straaltjes water had. De manager was ook geen leuke man, erg arrogant en was overdag erg chagrijnig en savonds dronken van de bier en dan wou die wel kletsen. We hadden all inclusive geboekt maar er was niet eens een keuken aanwezig. Toen we vroegen wat we dan moesten eten zeiden ze "wij bestellen bij een restaurant en nemen het mee hierheen" De keuze was reuze...(dus niet) 3 soorten pizza, 3 soorten pasta en dat was het. Alleen de laatste avond hebben we maar pizza genomen en toen werd er verteld dat we het drinken moesten betalen!! (met all inclusive!!) De manager zn zoontje (schatje trouwens) fietste per ongeluk tegen onze tafel bij het zwembad waarbij onze red bull omviel. Kan gebeuren dan wordt het wel opgelost....denk je. We kregen dus helemaal geen nieuwe maar ipv daarvan kregen we een bekertje ranja aangeboden! Terwijl het zijn kind was die ons drinken omgooide. Al met al een vreselijk hotel waar ik nooit van mn leven terug kom! De douche was trouwens ook erg smerig. Het personeel was wel erg vriendelijk, die jongens maakte graag ff een praatje en waren erg aardig. De manager daarintegen ervaar het vooral NIET zelf is ons advies!
