Мне нравиться этот отель.. Только надо постоянно мониторить цену.. 30 евро на двоих нормально .Бывают периоды. остальное дорого.

Отдыхали июнь 2024 год были проездом 4 дня. Отель весь грязный , четыре дня просили уборку, при заселении номер был очень грязный , по нашему запросу его протерли одной тряпкой, но он остался грязным , только размазали. Последующие дни уборки не было, мусор пришлось вынести в коридор. Полотенце попросили , нам их бросили демонстративно в лицо. Пришли на ужин, мы не смогли там есть. Все было в неопрятном состоянии, раскидано, не было еды, хотя прошел час от начала, и не было сотрудника который убирается. На кухне темно, грязно , сотрудник отеля один мужчина ходит в грязной засаленной футболке и шортах видимо повар. Обслуживающего персонала больше нет. Нет гигиены, нет спец. одежды. При заселении нам необходимо было пройти к ресепшену через кухню которая в открытом доступе, все продукты открыты. Антисанитария. Как можно это допускать в отеле , тем более на кухне. Как заселились попили воду в «столовой», на ужине грязные столы с обеда так и не были убраны. Фото прилагаю. Мы там не питались , ходили в рестораны рядом. За время нашего пребывания четырехдневного , приезжала скорая два раза , увезла троих людей в больницу с отравлением. Wi fi подключают и говорят что есть , но он ни дня не работал. Не советую , берегите здоровье.

I never write a review but I feel it needs to be said, I am well traveled and this has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. If you want an all inclusive do not book this place, the food is awful the chef looks like he’s not washed for a week no apron just a dirty T-shirt, the staff work behind bar when they feel like it, the pool was cleaned once in a week. The bedroom was well below par, the tv came from the 80s along with the bed the air conditioned spits ice cubes out and drips water all over the side an tv. The towels they provided look dirty mine even had what looks like blood stains on them. There is no bar snacks at all and you are lucky if you can find a cup for a coffee. The plates are either chipped or cracked, please avoid this place as you will end up spending like you were self catering without a kitchen area in your room.

The location is cool, right near Cleopatra beach and a Migros market , the food is also ok. Some of the staff are great too like for instance the girl from the bar, Bahar.. she was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 for her!

Good thing was That the pool was nere. In a week of our stayennence, not a one time cleaning In the room. Dirty towels were taken away, but not any fresh towels left behind. The bed cleaning was change never In That week. They just took the garbage out, and nothing else. Floos were not cleaned At all... The staff In the Hotel was arrogant. Everything was forbidden, not visiters aquired, not toiletpaper In the room.

Bad staff unpolite employees The save box and the aiir condition are extra cost !!!!!!!!!!!!!
