В отеле понравилось все. И отношение персонала, и номер. Расположение не возле сквозной дороги а в тупике, а значит тишина. Не бронировали ранний заезд. Приехали в 5 утра и не смотря на это разрешили и завтрак и доступ к бассейну. Даже в номер заселили на 2 часа раньше. Кухня понравилась. Было очень вкусно. Однозначно в следующий раз там же и остановимся.

Otel konum olarak şehrin merkezine biraz uzak, otel havası değil de havuzu olan apart gibi düşünülebilir. Kalabalık bir dönemde tatil yapmaya gidiyorsanız havuz kapasitesi yeterli değil. Pide saati olarak adlandırılan zaman kısmında ustadan Pide istediğimizde sürekli laf duyduk. Yemekler tam anlamıyla yetersiz köfteler yanık, yemek çeşitleri yok ve birbiriyle alakasız durumda ne yazık ki. Oda temizliği ve oda iç dizaynı ***et iyiydi

Hotel geared up to cater for Russian and Eastern Europeans.Food that is served for lunch and Dinner is of the Lowest Possible quality.Everything is Swimming in Oil and Grease.What does not get eaten is served up again the next Day.My Wife and Father in Law both came down with severe Stomach upsets.The Beer at the Bar is watered down.No Bottled Beers available.Feral Disease ridden Cats wander at will throughout the Pool and Dining Areas.This Hotel should be closed down.It is 2 Stars at the very most.The Staff and Managment are utterly useless.Owing to the appalling Food I ended up eating out everyday.Take my advice and go elsewhere.The Rooms are clean and spacious.The actual Town itself resembles a Bomb Site and is very unsafe at Night.There are very many fake REVIEWS about this Hotel saying how great it is.These reviews are without doubt paid scam reviews.I was forced to spend TEN days in this RUBBISH HOTEL

Horrendous!! Book elsewhere. We booked all inclusive for 4 nights and it was terrible from the moment we stepped into our room at 4.30am!! Bedding was dirty, floor was full of hair, shower had previous guests scum all over the screens and hair in the base of the shower, sink had toothpaste scum all over it in clumps, faeces all over bottom of toilet seat and urine stains all over top of seat, drinking cup in our room had mould growing in the bottom of them, curtains aren’t fit for purpose, reception staff extremely unhelpful. I went straight to reception after seeing the state of the room to be told house keeping will sort tomorrow. I asked for bedding so I could change the sheets myself and he said no. I ended up sleeping on a beech towel I bought from home. House keeping came the next day and “cleaned” the room whilst we were out. All they had done was changed the beds and made swans out of the blankets. I found a bottle of cleaning solution on the trolley in the hallway and some towels, took them and cleaned the room myself. Pillows are not fit for purpose and as someone with a spinal cord injury with zero feeing to lover half, the fact I could feel the springs whilst sat on the bed says how bad they are!! Zero entertainment, pool nice and clean, zero to do for children, food was completely inedible. Poor choice of hot food and everything swimming in oil and barely lukewarm. Desserts were swimming in oil and all had the same awful taste to them. Fruit (see pic) We ended up eating out for every meal, spending a fortune when we had already paid for food in with holiday. Table cloths filthy, not changed inbetween guests sitting. All in all very disappointing and would not return even if the holiday was free

2 Star Hotel.Very Poor Quality Food,everything Served Swimming in Oil and Grease.Unhekpful Staff.Rock Hard Beds Stray Cats everywhere in the Hotel.Paper thin Walks in the Rooms.Food was so bad we had to eat out everyday.This is not a good Hotel If you are from the UK.Please think carefully and read the reviews before booking this Hotel

If you are from the UK,I would seriously think twice before staying here as the Hotel almost exclusively caters for Russians and Eastern Europeans whose food choices are far different from ours.The Food here was so poor that I ended up eating out every Day.The Food served at this Hotel is seriously awful.Everything is served swimming in Grease and Oil,and that includes the Breakfast.2 Members of my Family who are both Russian suffered severely upset Stomachs during their Stay.The Rooms are spacious and clean.But the air con in our room was badly sited and was blowing directly down on our bed.Take some ear plugs with you if you don’t want to be roused for early morning prayers at five thirty in the Morning.If you are allergic to Cats then this is not the place to be as there is a colony of Disease Ridden Feral cats in residence in and around the Pool areas.I noticed that some male members of the Bar team appeared to be intoxicated whilst working.The Beer at the Bar is definitely watered down and there are no bottled beers available.Beware of the Tattoo Scammer who cruises the Bar area,he will try and con you in to having a very expensive Tattoo.Don’t bother asking for any help from the reception staff as they are particularly unfriendly,y and unhelpful,especially the young Girl who is sometimes there.Everything is a a big effort for her and she lets it show.She has a real attitude problem.The rest of the Staff are a mixed bunch.Our Cleaning Lady was very nice,and kept our room in Top shape.I would say that many of the five star reviews about this hotel are faked,just check out the posters profiles.I will not be using this Hotel again.

For starters, most of the hotel staff don't speak English. Moreover, they're not helpful and not particularly polite (unless they carry your bags to the room and expect a tip). Rooms would be good if they weren't so small. However, there was a problem with electric fuses in my room and I had to run back and forth between reception and the room, to the visible dissatisfaction of the staff member who seemed to blame it on me (he was expressing his discontent in Turkish, even though I told him I don't understand it). I specifically booked this hotel as it advertises as having a gym. It is technically there but I wouldn't book the hotel if I saw a gym beforehand. It is a small room with two benches, some cardio equipment and a few dumbbells. I was disappointed but able to do a simple workout. When it comes to food, diners and suppers were OK. However, breakfast were barely edible with a slim variety and many flavourless dishes. The walking distance to the beach is around 20 minutes. There buses in the morning and in the evening, and no buses in the afternoon. The beach itself is not bad, the sand is neither soft or hard, but my feet didn't hurt when I was walking on it. There also occasional rocks in the water, so be careful. The water is very warm, but its saltiness combined with vicious waves make the experience rather unpleasant. The worst thing about the beach are the prices of food and drink. Although you get a free sunbed you're not allowed to bring any food or drink with you. The local bar charges people €11 for a cocktail and €6 for a beer which is a joke. Even in a decent restaurant you get them cheaper. I was walking to a local store (€10) from the beach and enjoyed whatever I wanted for a fraction of a price. The beach manager only treats well those who buy staff from him (like most of them). In general, it was one of my worst holidays ever. I would rate it no higher than 3/5. The beautiful weather, nice food at restaurants and stray animals saved the day.

The Hotel is average to say the least Our Room was clean and tidy.The Aircon is badly sited meaning that you are unable to sleep unless you turn it off as it is very noisy.The Hotel clientele are 99% Russians and Eastern Europeans,and this is reflected in the Vile Garbage served up for Lunch and Dinner,everything was swimming in Oil and Grease.You won't find any Steak,Pork,Beef, Lamb etc in this restaurant.It is mainly vegetables that have been boiled to Death and then drowned in Oil.The Restaurant Area is far too small resulting in Long Ques for the so called Food.Tge Town itself is very badly run down It is Filthy and impoverished.If you are allergic to Cats avoid this Hotel as they have a comfy of Felines here that roam around the Hotel at will,most of these Cats look like they are carrying Diseases.Hotel allows scanners to try and make you have a Tattoo at a ridiculous prices Food here is if such poor quality that I am forced to eat out to get any decent Food.I was forced to spend 10 Days in this situation My advice to people coming from the UK is to look for another Hotel that has a better standard of Food.Do not take a Room near either if the Pools as you will be constantly disturbed by Screaming Children.Dont even bother to try and get it a Sun Lounger as the Russians get up at 06:00 in the Morning to secure them If i could have come Home early i would have done.I cannot think of anything good about this Hotel,only that I will never be coming here again.I would also add that some of the Male Staff appear to be Intoxicated while on Duty.If you need a Taxi don’t book it at the Hotel reception as they will put an extra few Dollars or Euros on the price to be split with them and the Driver.Far better if you use the Local Taxi Ra k located across from the Hotel.We nearly missed our Flight thanks to the ineptitude of the Driver that the Hotel booked for us.I ended up using the Local Taxi Service.In the Local Resteraunts it is common knowledge about the awful food at the Hotel.And I personally met Other English couples who were also forced to eat out owing to the crap food being served up at our Hotel.And if you are allergic to to Cats avoid staying here..
