Modtagelsesdamen var meget barsk, og selvom vi var blevet enige om en dobbeltseng, var regningen for én person ved at kombinere sengene og overskue hændelsen. Desværre overraskede Grand Okan, som jeg gik til to gange, mig denne gang.

The best hotel in Alanya. Our second visit to this amazing hotel and it was all we had hoped for and more. The views, the staff, the facilities, the food were all outstanding. Perfect location, the beach is a 2 minute walk away. The castle and marina are a short bus journey away with the bus stop outside the hotel. I would book again without any hesitation.

I have arrived at midnight and upon checking in the receptionist asked me if I am hungry to which I thought, oh how thoughtful, but then he said the they have food from the buffet from the day before! Not from the same day but from the day before, why would you even store food that has been cooked two days ago in a hotel is beyond me, so I said no to his offer for obvious reasons. The rooms are nice and spacious but noisy, I had my earplugs so I can sleep. Towels are so dated and stink of bleach. At breakfast if you would like fresh orange juice it's 3 euro, I have travelled Europe, Africa, Asia many times but such a thing I've never seen, not in a 4* hotel. It gets worse, for breakfast you have water cooler but they take it away for dinner so you have to pay even for water , it's embarrassing. At the beach there is a designated area with sunbeds and umbrella but again for an extra charge. There is a safe if the room but if you want to use it , additional charge for it, per day ! The beach towels can be rented for additional charge..Food at breakfast and diner is a hit and miss , very repetitive and there is always dishes from the diner served at breakfast, very minimal meat options, mainly some mish mash veg dishes ...this is a 4 * hotel keep that in mind ! The only good thing about it is that there is a good WiFi even on the beach and they let you shower in a room(only untill 4pm) after you check out. I would never go back.

Back from the grand okan this place is very well run from bar to cleaner to reception and waiting staff could not complain as they go above and beyond the balcony’s are a little small but ok the food is nice drinks at bar a little expensive but not over the top the location is perfect went on a few trips in jeeps they were great visited the waterfalls that was good to bus stop outside hotel and taxis if you are wanting to use them had my daughter and family over at our hotel for the day which wasn’t a problem allowed to use the facility’s at no extra cost even changed the baby’s nappy in the managers office thanks for that Amanda any one wanting to have a great holiday in Alanya should book this hotel you won’t be disappointed lovely place lovely people and lovely area Thankyou grand okan xxx

the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very clean and they changed our towels and cleaned the room every day, the location is excellent literally 50 meters from the beach, the staff is very friendly, the only thing that bothered us is that it is not all inclusive, the breakfast is the same every day and after for a few days we don't feel like eating anymore, the dinner is good, they change it every day, but the big drawback is because they take away water and any drinks during dinner and charge, even if we paid for breakfast and dinner, I also don't like what the hotel has your sunbeds and umbrella which must be paid for. Everything else is great. I forgot we have wifi in the room, in the hotel and at the beach. The city center is very close and is only about 1km away. If it is too far for someone to walk, there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Very clean good food and very helpful staff. Drinks in bar very expensive . Great music bar belonging to the hotel with a lovely outside setting. Drinks not cheap but unfortunately Turkey as a whole isn’t a cheap holiday. But still love the place

A nice Turkish hotel, with high standards compared to the other hotels. Halfboard was included in our stay, the only downside with That deal is you have to pay additional for drinks, not even glass of water was free/complimentary.. Room was nice and clean. Good breakfast. (at breakfast drinks were included.)

Another amazing time at the grand okan Amanda and the team cannot do enough for you. I have been going here 10 years now and everything is fab from the minute you arrive, lovely rooms, food and staff! Thanks again guys ⭐️ hopefully see you again soon.

Perfectly located hotel with a 2 minute walk to the beach and the city center just around the corner. Surprisingly good and varied food at the hotel as the rate included halfboard, we had both breakfast and dinner there. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff was very friendly!

My husband &I just home after another lovely stay (our 5th) at the Grand Okan wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Alanya. Hotel central to shops and only a 15min walk to get to the harbour at the other side of the castle. Hotel clean, food lots to choose from every night you won’t go hungry, staff all lovely & friendly. If you have any problems ask for Amanda she will sort things out fast & efficiently for you. CANT wait to return. THANK you all at the Grand Okan 😘
