We’ve just come back from this hotel me and my boyfriend stayed for a week we arrived in the early hours in the morning and was greeted by such a lovely man i think his name is shake he made us feel so welcome our whole stay there! The hotel is clean and the pool is clean too the hotel itself is beautiful there’s a beach near by which is also lovely and the staff are also very helpful however thats when the good parts end there the food isn’t the best and is mostly salads you can’t even make a meal out of most and just gets a bit frustrating after a while it’s mostly salads and plain pastas with no sauce we spent most of our time in the beach bar number 42 where we had to eat as we couldn’t really live of salads for a week. The air conditioning in the rooms made me and quite a few people quite unwell too. One thing I will say which has put me off coming back is that during our stay we were told by guests to be careful where we go . My boyfriend was told “ do not leave your girlfriends sight “ and that “ the minute you both go to your room she’s unsafe “ after been told this I went to the room and cried all night I was so upset and scared we are a young couple hours away from home so it was so frustrating that night we stayed up all night with a chair inside our hotel room next to our door and balcony doors. A few times we heard someone trying to get into our door and during the day we went up stairs to get suncream etc and our room door was lying wide open we know it wasn’t the cleaners because the bed was still unmade and the room was still messy . If you are wanting to come to this hotel and are quite young please be careful and be aware of your surroundings at all time .

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in, food was terrible not even a toaster, was always cold and a very poor selection as well as drinks. This hotel is not inclusive, the music around the pool is the same all day every day no entertainment . There’s a very busy main road near to beach and hotel where you can’t even her yourself think .Room was disgusting under sink in the bedroom was full of hair, dust and a dirty towel. The shower was broken and the toilet bowl was yellow . So many cats around the hotel where there was a strong smell of cat uterine please don’t go here

We’re absolutely delighted by the service we have received on our stay, especially from a receptionist who’s name I didn’t get but he went above and beyond for us, took us places and showed us every aspect of the area we were staying in and he even took us to the airport when our transfer company stood us up. Couldn’t recommend more, absolutely amazing!

Following reading previous reviews I was a little bit worried for this hotel….. please read on! We arrived at 1:30 am and was greeted by the manager (Hammi ) forgive me if I have spelt this wrong , we were asked if we wanted a drink and we happily said yes following a 2 and half hour transfer. We were taken to our room 401 and Hammi carried both suitcases to our room and made sure we were settled. Food … Now I am a fussy eater and sometimes I did struggle to find something I liked but there was something for everyone on all meals albeit not always to my liking , only thing I would have liked was a toaster. There is a 24 hour supermarket across the road if we needed anything extra. The bar service was very quick and all staff were pleasant they would bend the 2 drinks per person rule , we ended the holiday getting drinks for several people that we had met in the hotel and never was this questioned. The beach 42 is a short walk from the hotel with access via an underground tunnel out the back of the hotel , staff at the beach especiallyMemmet could not do enough for you and 100% felt relaxed , food and drinks were also great on the beach. Rooms were a good size with kettle , fridge , hairdryer, balcony , fresh towels every day and beds changed every 3 days. Pool was always clean and plenty of sun beds available. Entertainment… well Hamed was amazing , day and night he was there to entertain you and boy did we have some fun with him , he was kind , funny , fun and serious when needed..he knew how to entertain the younger ones and had time for the adults , this man needs to be recognised for his work. We met some great people and laughed all the time, a holiday is what you make it. We were here at the start of the EURO’s and a few people we met wanted to go out to watch the football and with there being a 2 hour time difference this made the kick of at 10 pm not 8 - a table was booked at a local bar and transport was provided by the hotel manager to ensure they got there on time now come on guys , how many hotels would do that ? We had a early pick up to come home (4:55 am ) and asked if we would be able to get a drink before leaving, Hammi said he would make sure we had a hot drink before we left and kept his word. All credit to the manager for his hard work and commitment to the staff and hotel , keep this up and we will return in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at Bora Bora hotel, the staff were very friendly and always happy to help us. they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I can say they definitely made our stay even better! They even helped us find our way around Alanya and to get to Antalya. For example bus routes, taxi, shuttle bus. The view from our room balcony was beautiful could see the view of the beach and on the other side the street view of Alanya. I would highly recommend this place if your staying in Alanya, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bora Bora Butik for making our stay so great and unforgettable.
