Kleopatra Sunlight Hotel

The hotel very old and some rooms have bed bugs. NO hotwater in the tap. The food is average and okay. The toilet room need repairs and new tap and shower. There are definitely room for improvement and renovation. Hotel needed upgrading

we didnt expect to much for the money and were not bitter folk who would write a load of lies but ! food was average a good spread but pretty much the same each day , didnt eat there much , the bar and drinks range was terrible the beer was weak the wine was warm , no ice cubes , all spirits hidden behind the bar and not on display, and the barman has an unpleasant attitude ! . The beds were rock hard had trouble sleeping . the rooms were clean enough though very dated , been ok if the bed was comfy . the pool had around 18" of green water in it not pleasant to sit beside and obviously not for swimming in, not like the photos ! one thing that made me leave with a bad taste was on the last day we get checked out at 12 , the lunch starts at 12.30 i plated up a plate of the food to be told we would have to pay 500 lira coz we wernt customers anymore and they put the food in the bin ! considering how little we ate there i wasnt impressed .
