Fremragende hotel for pengene, første linje, 50 m til stranden, maden er ikke særlig rigelig, men af ​​høj kvalitet, alt er der Rengøres hver dag. Ganske roligt hotel, jeg anbefaler det!

If you wish spoil your vacation book this hotel. You will feel yourself like in prison where everything is banned and stuff are aggressive.

I booked this hotel never liked it cancelled my stay, Fatih on reception was amazing so helpful, the location is brilliant

Thank you everyone for your warnings, I was planning to visit this place with my family. What I have read these reviews were awful. The beach looks great and I’m very sorry for that because I very like the environment and the beach. Does anyone of you have a good experience of resort placed on Cleopatra beach. I’m sorry to say that, that I didn’t find any good resorts so far. After reading every reviews I’m changing my mind. And I’m glad to everyone of you adding photos to your reviews.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. Staff is very rude, all inclusive is one big scam with nasty food. We had to eat out for the 7 days of our stay. Wi-FI is 13€ per ONE DEVICE for 6days. Staff walks around like zombies and everyone at the hotel is miserable. And the worst of all it BED BUGS INFESTATION!!!! Our last night they were everywhere and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel staff didn’t care like they knew about it. The place seem to be clean we had fresh bedding everyday and cleaning services. Still managed to bring bed bugs back to the UK. Please be aware!!!!! There is so many better places to stay at. Alanya itself is beautiful! Dont let that hotel to ruin it for you.

I don't know where to start but , i went with my girlfriend for 7 nights to Kleopatra Ada Beach and the first thing when we arrived at hotel they said that the hotel is full so we have to wait till next day and come back around 10 a clock and is when they can give us a room, First room was 2 small separate beds for a couple so i had to go to tell them and change our room, second room was let s say "okey" but the the mattress was like a stone so i had back pain till end of holidays, "All inclusive " is not what they say is just very limited drinks, and table tennis and becose for everything else have to pay extra exp: internet, billiards game , spa , massage ,etc.. Food i never been more vegan because the meat that they have was disgusting looks like cats food , in the pool people had to bring them own speakers to listen music because the staff didn't care at all about that , they just doing them job but don t let us to enjoy a good holidays with good music and drinks . Also that Staff is yung but they totally like a zombie and no one but no one speak English so it s a bit complicated to explain or ask them something, For example ( i ask for a coup or red wine and 3 times they bring me white wine, and also was teasing like a plastic , So for us was the first time that we visit Turkey and never again !

I was super worried after reading rewievs here, but we had only good expeariance. Our room was clean and roomy, amazing sea view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area had always sunbeds avalable. Location is just perfect. Food was poor on breakfast, but on lunch and dinner time there was always something good to eat. Of course food selection and hotel area wasn´t as good as 5star ultra all incluseive hotels i have been in turkey many times before, but for that price and hotel class it's a very good hotel!

HORRIBLE !!!!!!! - The reception staff are arrogant and unhelpful. - The personnel walk around like zombies. - The toilets are old and in poor condition. - The swimming pool is small, more suited for kids. - The mattresses on the pool beds are dirty and broken. - The swimming pool bar is a joke. It only offers local lager, vodka, red and white wine, with just one bottle of each—totally nothing else. See picture! - The food is disgusting; everything is fried from frozen, ready-made boxes. - The food is of the lowest quality and the same every day. - THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL CAFETERIA IS DISGUSTING! - The juices are not natural; they’re some kind of chemical drinks. - The tablecloths on the tables are stained and dirty. - By the pool, some woman is baking local pancakes in scandalous conditions. - The man who grills food outside the cafeteria shows disdain for the guests eating there. - There are no cutlery sets on the tables; you have to ask the staff to provide them. On the first day, the hotel assigns a "guide" to your group. This is a person whose job is to push as many attractions on you as possible at twice the price of buying tickets locally!!! The area is very expensive, including the market in the city center. I paid €15 for a kebab at a restaurant, and the prices of all items in local shops are no lower than in the UK. The vendors are outright aggressive, and the same goes for restaurant staff. Don’t wast a money to buy holiday in this hotel.

I don't know how to start... after a long trip finally we've got to the hotel @4 AM. The receptionist explain what mean all inclusive basically just food and drinks and a lot extra charge even the WI-FI..we had wi-fi free just on LOBBY area. He told us we have to go on another hotel untill lunch time because they are overboocked and that was the only explination what we received. The staff are very very arrogant and nasty. Food- 0, poor breakfast, not many choices of meat in general, smelly mackerel every other day, lots of salads, the same pudding every single day just other color on top, poor choices of fruits, no ice-cream, no yogourts, cold food which suppose to be hot and to be all-inclusive we had food poisoning spending few days just on the room with stomach ache and diarrhea. The good part was to have Migros(supermarket) close to the hotel so we stocked up on biscuits and pretzels and banans. Pool area...the pool is too small and always full, few sunbeds already "reserved " by leaving the towel on it, few tables...Snacks...one tray with few biscuits, which the staff are calling that "cakes" The room is quite nice and clean, but in 10 days we had the towels and bed sheets changed just once and one of my personal (pink) towel disappeared on the 2nd day. The frige is working just when you insert the card so the best time to leave someting in the fridge is over night. I will never recommend this hotel and was the worst holiday ever! Wasn't at all what we expected especially when we paid ＞2K...

I have just got back from Turkey where we stayed in this hotel. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. My son was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. My little boy happened to vomit on the bathroom floor and I cleaned it up and went to reception and asked if I could have a cloth and cleaning spray to be told no, they don't have anything. I ended up walking to the local supermarket where I purchased some cleaning supplies. The food was terrible and my husband, my son and also myself all came down with food poisoning. Everything is re-used from the salad to the chicken, to the biscuits the are smothered in syrup once dry. The bars are hardly staffed and you have to wait forever to get served. WiFi is not free, unless It is in the lobby. It is €13 each person for the week, note this is each person NOT each room. On our last day we had to be out of our room by 12pm even though we were not being picked up untill Ten hours later. The beach is beautiful but has flat rocks on entering that are hidden and like walking on an ice rink. There are no free drinks on the beach and you have to pay for the use of a sunbed at €6 each bed for the day. This hotel is NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING I wish I had taken more notice of reviews and booked somewhere else.

hotel was in old way fashion. room are clean. small choice of food and nothing in particular every day similar and just add something. WIFI was JUST in lobby downstair . Snacks was just pancakes with different fillings and cakes what left from breakfast, Not recommend.

Beware of the hotel manager who is a common crook. the hotel is disgusting the rooms are disgusting the beds are filthy the food is disgusting this hôtel with 0*. the all staff sleeps all days. please runaway.............................
