Sunpark Garden Hotel

The hotelroom was very nice. The food was good. The nicest and best man worked in the poolbar and his name is Ibrahim :) I will Come back.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Service was fast and efficient—you never had to wait long for your order. The food was varied and delicious, with several days featuring excellent steaks. One thing that really stood out was the cleanliness of the cutlery—something that’s unfortunately not always the case in many other hotels. Here, the staff clearly takes extra care and inspects everything after washing. The pools were clean and well-kept, and the water slides were open all day, which was a big plus. A particularly thoughtful touch was the small steps placed at the bar, allowing younger children to independently order their own drinks—our kid loved it! We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. It’s well worth it, especially for families: the kids enjoyed unlimited ice cream, and adults had access to tasty cocktails and other drinks throughout the day. The only minor downside was that there’s no indoor restaurant, so all dining takes place on the terrace. Not a big issue, but something to be aware of depending on the weather. We heard the hotel is going to be renovated soon, so it’s likely to get even better. Overall, highly recommended!
