We had a reservation that had to be secured with a credit card. Fair enough. Upon arriving we were made to wait as they look overwhelmed. Once seated and after 10 minutes of waiting we were told the kitchen was too busy for us to order we needed to wait. Never heard this before in a hotel. We were hungry so we pleaded for something small, some jamon maybe? Impossible we were told, kitchen could not deliver for a while. We were told they could bring us olives!!! The manager came and was very unprofessional and borderline rude… asking us if we were guests of outsiders. As we were the latter he said we needed to understand they had to prioritise guests over us. Second class customers. If you don’t want to be treated as a paying second class customer, better to avoid. We did, we left after waiting 15’ for water and being declined food.
