Everything almost perfect, service effecial and professional, amazing pool, queit good breakfast... Just over sweet ... But their shuttle bus which is for airport is too simple and old ... It dosen't match with the price.

淡季挺划算的，泳池房太驚艷了，在沙漠裏有一個獨立的泳池，而且晚上星空特別美，沙漠温差比較大，十一去的時候晚上泳池就很冷了 酒店還有一個公共泳池，但是小孩不能上去，這個對於親子家庭有點不方便

房間設施很好，帶娃一定要選帶泳池的房型（酒店主泳池不接受小朋友入內，而且也不方便），風景沒得説一級棒，地點離Maraya很近。出行需要靠buggy小車中轉，提前10分鐘以上叫避免耽誤行程。

非常棒的體驗，小貴但是值. 住了一晚一卧室villa，一晚帶私人泳池的villa。房間落地門正對Maraya鏡面音樂廳，晚上可以肉眼看到銀河

悦榕莊肯定環境服務品質都沒得説，除了貴沒毛病。非常美麗的地方，錢多的話住了不想走啊。泳池真的絕美。非常想再去。

如我給的評分一致，其他都很好。但是！但是！晚上出門去餐廳吃飯的一個多小時時間裏，我們沒有背包，包裏的錢少了！僅剩的一包中國煙也被偷了！把對象氣的難受！剩餘幾天都沒有煙抽！錢被偷了！可以怪自己粗心，心想衹是去酒店餐廳吃飯而已。 所以服務衹給3分！

view很不錯，個人覺得總體比Amangiri更好，而且天氣並沒想象中熱，這裏水煙很便宜就三百多，餐飲個人平均一頓1k，口味評價是能吃，餐廳的漢堡要點！打車taxi便宜，酒店車來回大象巖二十分鐘一千，朋友打車才花了兩百塊，總體平均一天打車不到1k，對於這一點路程來説稍許貴，但是躺平也可以一定要去spa！kanye去年八月來過。難忘的回憶。不要叫roomservice一定要去餐廳吃，md點了兩盤巨難吃的早餐花了我六百多，超過十一點就算十分鐘早餐就得收費。。真的這輩子沒吃過這麼難吃的東西。

風景挺獨特的，但是真的是太熱了，上午十點以後基本就不能出門了，一直到下午四點以後才稍微好一些。晚上去看星星的時候還會有一些冷

酒店服務特別好，環境，服務，沒得説真的。在酒店外面（不是在酒店附近，很遠的地方大概3公里左右）我當時在車上學怎麼扎頭巾，來了沙特人他來幫我搞頭巾，當時不知道他是酒店經理，回到大堂才發現是酒店經理。真的很熱心。所有員工都是很友善很客氣的。但是有個亞洲面孔的女人真的不太行。連招呼都不打。

我本來是想給差評一分差評的，首先花了那麼多錢，到入住當天房卡打不開門，從後門進到房子裏以後，房子的空調是壞的，我在沒有空調的房子裏待了將近一個小時，房卡都沒有送來，由於我又約了下午4:30的參團，所以沒辦法衹能走回辦公室。晚上回來發現空調還是沒有修好，來了一個工作人休了半天，最後讓我等，我等了將近半個小時以後，又來一個員工説要換房。別誤會，並沒有給我升級，還是同樣大小的房子，而且這回連房卡都沒有，直接是用鑰匙。不過我要真心感謝Salah Albluwi先生和他的團隊以及Saad先生，對我的幫助我第2天的時候車被紮了，是他們頂着烈日幫我修好的，非常感謝，如果不是他們的幫助，我絕對會給酒店全部一分的差評！有一説一，環境非常好！但是就鑰匙和空調這兩件事實在讓我太失望了！本來是硬是十分完美的旅行，變成了普通！
