I always choose this hotel for my stay in the Eastern Region, and it has never failed to exceed my expectations. Recently, I achieved another milestone by becoming a Platinum member, which reflects my continuous commitment to this exceptional facility. The management is extraordinary, especially Mr. Mohiyuddin, who always ensures a seamless experience for guests. The hotel offers outstanding amenities, including a superb swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and a versatile gathering floor. Guests can enjoy unlimited free coffee and a billiard game, while kids have access to a PS5 for entertainment—all free of cost, except for the room charges. The dining experience is another highlight, with a great variety of delicious food available for breakfast and dinner. This hotel truly provides a premium experience, making it my top choice in the region. A highly recommended facility!

Bijoy Das was one the reason, he was very helpful and kind and was ready to help us in each and every step. Anit too, great guy! Whenever I ask him for a help he is ready to take it up. Even amir Muslim too, he has been cleaning up my room since I have arrived Give them a raise and a promotion for their service.

I appreciate the hospitality extended by Anit. He went out of the way to prepare Vegetarian food for me. Such a kind gesture I will not forget forever, I sincerely appreciate his kindness and hospitality. Thank you Anit once again and I will definitely viait your place again.

Once I arrived they are more than welcome, wonderful staff, rooms and service. I realy like the room area, service. I usually stayed there in my every business trip I never felt home sickness or strange. I v special thnx for the breakfast and dinner meals they are usually offering . . Different varieties and tasty food I would like to thank the hotel manager Mr. Ayman, restaurant manger .Bejoy & Mohei. Since while ago, I returned back to the hotel my family loved . It was fascinating stay as always. Wonderful staffs smiling and greating guests all times, marvelous ambiances fabulous management very delicious food, it was wonderful stay.

Fabulous Breakfast and great Customer Service! Staff are polite and attentive. Suite Room is super clean and well decorated with Fruit Platter upon arrival. Front Office Manager Ms Fatima and Restaurant Supervisor Mohin are exceptional employees who extended their best abilities to satisfty the needs of the guests.

Best vibe ever, very kind staff , excellent services and extra ordinary hospitality. It’s amazing how they keep it that way. Breakfast devices especially deserves lots of credits according to me and many of my friends and colleagues. You should give it a try.
