Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Yamm Villa Resort

服務極差極差極差，因為到達酒店必須在碼頭坐船，僅是預約確定坐船時間這麼簡單一件事，居然打了幾次郵件加打電話，最後還把訂單和朋友弄混了。第二天早上的野生動物safari，完全沒必要！還沒有國內的野生動物園好，就是鹿和羊。為數不多的長頸鹿也是短脖子品種的，總共看不到幾衹。另外存在部分服務人員對中國遊客歧視的問題！！！我們safari行程裏被告知完全不可以下車，但朋友和白人遊客一起的車不僅是隨便下車拍照，去動物更多的位置，甚至還可以簡單餵食動物。此區別令人非常憤怒！這個酒店直接拉黑，不推薦預訂！！

很滿意，對於在薩巴尼亞島這樣一個荒島上的酒店來説，真的很不容易了。 軟硬件沒的説，五星標準，非常好。 活動也很好，動物遊獵，必看，真的挺不錯的（當然跟非洲沒法比）。 不過客觀的説，海灘是不錯，但是其實區域不大，也就是30來個小別墅的範圍，其餘地方還是挺荒島的。 總的來説，值得一去。（真的能看出來，這個島很努力了）

整島的特點還是動物多人少。。靠海就20幾幢房間，需要提早預訂。島上有很多遊玩項目，可以在入住第一天就預訂。騎馬350迪拉姆一人，皮划艇，245迪拉姆一人，坐車看動物好像是300左右（具體價格不記得了）。。但是動物園也就是是 各種羊鴕鳥 長頸鹿 孔雀，跟南非還是差距很大的。。島上的餐廳都不適合中國胃，建議大家可以帶夠零食或者小菜上島。薩巴尼亞島離阿布扎比亞斯島希爾頓酒店是 260公里左右，最好提前訂車，特別是從島上回市區。碼頭壓根打不到車。。島上的孔雀和羊什麼都吃。。花生瓜子放一點在露天，就都來了。。。

孔雀當雞散養，動物隨地都是，親近動物的好出去。不出亞洲體驗非洲！值得推薦！

We stayed here for a weekend and overall enjoyed our stay. But had the impression that the place was missing a manager or two. As others have commented, the food in the Italian restaurant was hit and miss. At breakfast the dishes were not refilled so the mushrooms were cremated and the bircher muesli dish was empty at 9am and not refilled at 11am. Room service worked for us except that the plates were not removed until noon the next day by which time the wildlife had messed up. The safari ride, horse riding and kayaks were all much enjoyed as was the pool. The boat ride worked smoothly. Loved the rock hyraxes, gazelles and flamingos in the grounds.

Our stay at Anantara was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff ensured that every detail was taken care of, making us feel welcome and valued. We stayed in one of their stunning private pool villas, and it was truly a dream. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy. The private pool was the highlight—crystal clear, perfectly maintained, and an absolute oasis for relaxation. Waking up to the serene views of the Sea, with no noise to be heard apart of the waves and the birds and taking a dip first thing in the morning was pure bliss. Every detail in the villa was carefully thought out, from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom amenities. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job, ensuring the space remained spotless throughout our stay. My wife and I wanted to take some time off the city and reconnect with each other and everything we found there made it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. The on-site dining was also a highlight, from breakfast with countless options to in room dining and the four cheese truffle Pizza at Olio .. just perfect ! Beyond the villa, The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring we had the best experience possible. We had an issue with the TV connection and the IT Team fixed in 10 minutes even though it was late. We went for the Safari and my wife being an animal lover she was thrilled, we felt like little explorers looking at the animals with binoculars watching them roam around. Finishing each day with a walk to enjoy a gorgeous sunset and then spent an hour in the warm pool at night looking at the stars. I have to say that I haven’t felt this much sadness when leaving a hotel in a long time and we spent our last minutes before check out on the terrace by the pool just to enjoy a bit more of the blissful peace of the place. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat, I cannot recommend Anantara in Sir Bani Yas Island highly enough. Our stay was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.
