Very nice Resort in the middle of the desert, sourounded by sanddunes. Amazing infinitypool and great staff. A bit pricy especially in the high season and far away but worth visiting.

Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

The resort is great. It feels like to be served as a special VIP all the time. The hotel provides Camel Ride, which is worth going to, especially for the sunset

My only comment is the lights are a bit dim n switches confusing to operate. Everything else is great!! It is definitely worth the drive out to there!!

Unfortunately, even being a long term customer from this hotel, they refuse to cancel my booking due the trip changes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Every staff is attentive, friendly, and highly professional. From the warm welcome at the door to the prompt and courteous service throughout the meal (special credit to night reception manager, Mr Mehraj, and Mr Nazir), it has been an exceptional staying experience. Highly recommended!

I stayed this resort at 2016, there are many good memories and fun times, we joined activities each as falcon show, dune drive, which no places and local tours can provide the good experience like this. So I book again for my 2nd visit. However hotels was closed because of some reasons. At the beginning we disappointed. Hotels finally provided another resort for us in Sir Yas Island, the experience there are also great! That's give my family a memorable moments. Thanks for kind arrangement Anantara team!

很受中國人歡迎的酒店，比我去的其他酒店遇到中國人都多，入住期間衹遇到兩對老外。不過8月中淡季，人不多。晚上有風沙，參加不了活動衹能待在房間裏，villa有泳池也不能用。公共泳池早上12點才允許你下水，但是12點又太曬，搞到最後無邊泳池沒拍照，遺憾。唯一比較好的是可以3點退房。我們行程太短，建議玩2天。吃飯的話可以叫到房間裏吃，一份烤雞胸肉會配上麪包烤青菜夠一個人吃大概250人民幣（貴但比起酒店的其他餐廳便宜）

必去！活動種類豐富，前台服務很好，不過buggy車服務沒有一次是準時的，每次都遲到，每次參加活動前說好會有車接送，但是都沒有來，要自己親自叫，態度參差，有些很好，有些惡劣，參加付費活動（spa,騎馬，射擊，衝沙）的工作人員十分友善，十分負責任，專業服務態度好，除了buggy的服務人員，其他職員都十分專業，態度很好，十分友善

位於沙漠腹地的度假酒店，遠離城市的喧囂，就像陶淵明筆下《世外桃源》的境外沙漠版。孩子的第一個畢業季，我們一起暫時告別內卷，在這沙海中的一隅尋得片刻心靈的恬靜。酒店所有的工作人員都熱情、友善、服務細緻周到，對住客的需求都是積極響應，入住的感覺是極好的。我們預訂的是一卧室泳池別墅（含早晚餐）連住三晚，參加了“日出駱駝騎乘”、“親子沖沙”、“日出獵鷹秀”三個酒店活動，總體感覺非常好，可能七月淡季的緣故，遊客不多，獵鷹秀就我跟孩子倆參加，相當於是一個專場！早餐、晚餐非常豐盛，能品嚐到世界各地的美食，用餐環境跟食品味道皆是一流！在炎炎夏日，獨享房間的私人泳池，可以洗滌一切疲憊與煩惱！
