All staffs were kind and helpful Easy check in and check out Late check out when I asked about it Clean and nice smell in all hotel sections Very good room cleaning Excellent breakfast and hospitality Good experience in lobby sitting with delicious food and hot drinks

I had a fabulous stay at The Regency when traveling for business. Every aspect of the hotel was beautiful, well maintained, and immaculately clean. The room was very comfortable and had a huge bathroom with a rain shower. The breakfast buffet had hundreds of items and excellent service (especially Imran and Caycey!). I was most impressed by the reception area staff and managers. The night manger (Ahmed Gamal) went above and beyond to help me get to the airport for my 2am flight — he literally ran to a side road to find me a taxi when there was an unusual traffic jam blocking the primary road. He also helped me get cash for the taxi when my card wasn’t working at the ATM. I’m extremely grateful for his service and for all the wonderful staff at the hotel!

Outstanding in all aspects, place, structure, room, service, food and staff members. Specific mention to: Chef Luca Fouad Mr Giraudo For their kindness and customer care. Great stay in Kuwait, even only for a couple of days. Paola (the singer) and Fabio!
