We start our experience withe a great welcome from Sunday, the man he is always smiling and welcome us as we are home, the kids loved him. The hotel is clean and organised the food is the best. Toka from the animation team was very friendly, always smiling and she explained all the activities in the hotel which we enjoyed. The Italian restaurant has the best coffee and the staff are amazing.

Me and my family enjoyed staying a week in this wonderful place. Rooms are good, food is tasty. Special thanks to animation group, especially to Toka, Zico and others. They are so talented, friendly and professional. Krisna and his colleagues were so professional, enjoyed their services at bar. But. After checked out, that’s it.Poor service. Almost died from thirst and nobody came from inside. Asked them 3-4 times to come and bring water from which I was ready to pay. And only smiles on the face of one asian lady and one guy. So, good place, but I will not consider it next time.

Beautiful Get away! On our arrival we were greeted by a warm smile possessed by a lovely gentleman called Sunday! He’s such a bright character. Then the next few days were spent in tranquil bliss. Making use of the fantastic beach, the sport facilities and relaxing in our pool view room, was well needed and just the tonic to feel revived and ready to face the busy life’s we lead. We came with our teenager who enjoyed all the facilities, plus the food. It truly was the best weekend away . Thank you to all the team for making it, a wonderful experience.

We stay here 6 nights we like stay here and specially my room is big and always clean by rishi and Lakisha is very nice person they making towels art also in my room it’s amazing thanks to housekeeping team we like beach food and atmosphere is perfect we will come back soon than you Miramar for our vacation make memorable

This is our second visit to this hotel and it was good before but has improved since our previous stay. The food is very good and caters for all tastes, from European to Asian and has themed dinners in the evening. It also has a specialist Italian ,an Asian and beach restaurants which can be booked using a automated machine in the lobby area. It has a private beach with plenty of shade and a terrific outdoor swimming pool with a large area for sunbathing. We were fortunate enough to be here for New year's eve and the celebrations were held around the pool with a superb collection of dishes from their kitchens and entertainment included. The Animations Team were responsible for most of the show which was very professional indeed. One of the reasons we like this hotel is the animations team and the activities that they organise during day. There is a specialist team that provide entertainment for children and another group for adults. There is a variety of sports to enjoy, for example boules, dart, volley ball, water polo ,yoga, stretch classes and water aerobics. These were all organised by the team and really well presented. At this point I must mention the hotel staff, they are probably the nicest group of people I have ever met in the hotel trade. They are totally professional, polite, cheerful and incredibly helpful. The staff in the Cucina and the Asian restaurants were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them and they really made you feel welcome. The main restaurant obviously caters for most of the guests and is a much larger venue and it is possible to eat outside in the evening and at lunchtime. Our waiter there was a man called Joni whom I need to make a special mention as he was very good at his job and very helpful to my wife. Others that I also need to mention are Alice from the Animations Team, The manager of the Cucina restaurant and his staff who were all terrific and Christina and Sarah from the Asian restaurant. The staff help to make your holiday a success and this hotel has too many on the staff to mention on here. I look forward to another visit in the future. Well done all of you.

This was our second visit to Miramar. The staff are amazing and work tirelessly. Special shout out to Viola in the Buffett restaurant for her fabulous above and beyond service. The food in the restaurants was outstanding and we had ultra all inclusive so ate in those every night. The Buffett for breakfast and lunch was fresh and varied. Breakfast had a omelette and egg cooking station. Holiday makers from the UK are the minority and unfortunately the only negative was holiday makers from other countries. They had an entitled and rude manor by pushing in food queues and excessively loading their plates and tables with food. In addition, they were constantly videoing and photographing everything and everyone. This felt uncomfortable at times when numerous people were videoing the aqua aerobics, which I was taking part in, and I would have clearly been on camera. My son was upset when a guest videoed him playing darts. Maybe it’s accepted in their country to photograph and video without permission however, I do think it needs addressing with signs to state to only photograph and video your own family and friends or seek prior consent. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a mini fridge, which was replenished with drinks daily and fruit platters every few days. The shower is over the bath and as I have mobility issues I did find it difficult to climb in and out of the bath. I did have quite a bad fall climbing out on one occasion however, my error for not looking into this when we booked. The entertainment at night is very limited and not inclusive of children. We did know this from our previous visit, so took a few games with us to play in the lounge area. We booked a taxi to Dubai for the day. We left at 11am and returned at 9pm. We went to all of the tourist attractions and saw everything we wanted too. It was cheaper to book with the hotel trip operator that was rep so I’d definitely book via the hotel.

We very liked our vacation and the service was on the best! By rishi and his friend lakhsita is very nice person our clean daily on time. We liked everything and of course dishes were so great. And we like nature beach is everything is perfect we enjoy so much here we will come back soon thanks to everyone for memorable stay in Miramar. 10/10

I stay here 10 days with my all family we like here every thing hotel is good very nice pool , beach and we like food and drinks also specially we like housekeeping staff work i want to mention name Rishi and Lakishta is very nice person and his service is very nice specially his towel arts we like my children enjoying this towel arts thank you rishi and Lakishta for everything we enjoying everything here we will comeback soon thank you
