Everything was good and they try assist to with customers needs.

My all time favorite hotel in Al Ain. The location is superb, everything is near even with a walking distance.

It was indeed a great night stay with my partner,we did enjoy the amenities and the location was superb

Everything about this hotel is excellent. They staff were amazing, the rooms were damn clean and cosy. The bed was so comfortable that I overslept 😄. I am definitely in love with this hotel right now.

I loved the interior design of the room and very spacious. The design is better than the other hotel I went before. Everything you need its already in the room, It nice seeing quality hotel in Al Ain. I didnt expect that the price I paid was beyond my expectations. Stayed in Aloft Hotel for 3 day with no problem encountered. Thank you so much Aloft Hotel Al Ain. 😊🥰🙏

Clean and nice hotel. Quite close to down town and also Al ain football club stadium. Close by to Al ain mall too about 10 minutes drive away. Staff very nice at the checkin. Asked for charging adaptors as our chargers could not plug into their sockets but sadly not available. This was the only down side and hopefully will be made available for future guests. Overall value for money.

Good hotel for a short business stay. Nothing fancy but checks all the right boxes. Good location and is relatively new.

I’m in love with the hotel and reception  our state was really comfortable and the hotel was clean, my husband love the gym and it’s too quiet

Lovely hotel only thing spoilt was the restaurant we are vegetarian and had asked the lady waiter what flavour soup it was and she had replied sweetcorn, we took soup and started eating but then realised there was chicken in it! Was no signs advising what the soup was either! Very disappointed ruined our meal! Not much option on vegetarian for evening meal 1st nights stay. 2nd night stay was much better choice. Lots of families in the pool in there clothing!!!
